The oil change was quick and easy.

This is my first time getting an oil change from Brake Team. I usually go to Jiffy Lube but since this was closer to my house and was on the way, I decided to stop in. The parking space was nice and the location of the shop was great. It is right across the street from Walmart, which I think is one of the best location to have Brake Team, I got in and was nicely welcomed. I just told the employee what I needed to do.... view more I asked for the prices and he told me it was 15 dollars. I think it is really cheap considering other places charging 20 dollars for an oil change. I sat inside and it was warm, this was the winter time so outside in Portland is really cold. I was just on the phone for a short while and already the job was done. The oil change was quick and easy, the employee was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go there to get my next oil change.

Service was excellent..

The service was excellent as usual. I`m a repeat customer so I come back by choice due to good prices and service. Have had several vehicles worked on for brakes, battery. etc. Work is typically done on time which really helps so I can plan accordingly and wait or come back and then get back to work. Thanks!

I was very pleased..

I was very pleased with the level of service. Jeff worked with me on taking care of the more pressing issues with regard to our family budget. Also, he took time to explain the brake components and how they work together. And finally, the coffee was good but it would sure be nice if the TV had cable service. Great Service..

Great service and quick timing. Was able to get it completed on my lunch break. I liked how I could call ahead to make the appointment and get an early bird discount. They also put seat covers inside to prevent it from getting dirty. I originally stopped in because I saw the inexpensive sign on the back of the road.
