My husband and myself could not be more pleased with the service - everyone at the dealership was more than friendly - they even went above the necessary kindness. We returned for three days before making our decision. Even when our salesman- Ted - was not there, the other salesmen offered to help us but assured us that Ted would still get any credit. No Customer Service

The first thing Tony sold me on was the bluetooth feature. I asked if my phone was compatible and was told YES. When I paired my phone, it started ringing non-stop. Tony said this happened to someone else and he would get me the ""fix."" I never got a call back from Tony so I called him back. He said it could be a problem with Ver... view moreizon and he would call his buddy there and see how to fix it. Again, no call back so I called him back. He said the Kia software was out-of-date (this is a 2011) but he said Kia would update my software. I called Dave the Sales Mgr to complain and he said he would look into it and call me back. Again, no call back so I called him and basically was told it may take a year or more but it would get fixed. I called the Gen Mgr and was told that I was the ""one in 1000"" customers that had a complaint about this dealership. He said he would talk to the Service Dept and get right back to me. Again, no call-back after a week so I contacted Kia`s HQs. They called the dealership for a week and the Spitzer wouldn`t return their phone calls either. I have never heard back from my salesman, sales mgr or gen mgr. They were good when I was leasing the vehicle but don`t expect any customer service after the sale.
