Reviews:
This is the worst place I have ever visited in 10 years of driving in the NYC metro area.
They overcharge you several times the market price for parts and labor, and the repairs are NOT even done well. They screw up with the repairs and install inferior quality parts.
They get sued so often, they keep a full time lawyer on the payroll. Avoid this place at all costs! You have been warned.

I financed a Mercedes-Benz 2010, C300 on June 12th of this year. The day after I drove the car of their lot, I noticed there was a noise coming from the front left side of the vehicle, my fianc?© told me it could be the shocks, we also noticed there was a tiny crack on the windshield which we didn?t happen to see when we were in the dealer because it was sort of hidden behind the rear view mirror on the windshield. ... view moreI called the dealer the day after I bought the car and I was told by one the salesman Benny, to bring the car back so they can take a look at it, we brought the car twice before they were able to do anything with the car. Mike from the Service Dept., checked the car and told us that we can get the crack filled and that the shocks were not causing the noise, he told us he needed to fix some type of links in the car (not sure of the proper term). They ended up fixing the links and the crack (free of charge to us). My fianc?© was the one who took the car to get fixed and he noticed when he drove the car on the highway the noise was still present. We called the dealer the same day and Mike told us he would call us back, he never did. A few days after my sunroof wouldn?t close, I decided to take the car back to the dealer the next day because I couldn?t drive around with an open sunroof. I called out of work the next day and told the Sales Manager, Antonio, of all the issues we had with the car since we purchased it. The crack on the windshield, the sunroof not closing, and the rattling noise. Mike from the Service Dept. checked the car again and said that it was INDEED the shocks that needed to get replaced and he also told us that we had to pay for them, we had no choice but to pay for the shocks to get fixed. Mike also told us that there was nothing he can do about the sunroof, he was able to somehow close it but not all the way?¦it was still somewhat open and when I drive the car you can hear the wind (annoying noise), he told us that we needed to take the car to the Benz Dealer and get it fixed there (we also have to pay for that). The story does not end there, the tiny crack that they supposedly filled came back again like 3 days later and it extended from the middle of the windshield to where the windshield ends on the left. I called Antonio, the sales manager, and told him of the problem, by this time I was very upset about this whole ordeal, and he told me he would speak to his supervisor. Antonio did not call me back right away, I actually think he was dodging my calls after I called back 3 times. When I finally spoke to him he told me that his supervisor, whoever he is, told him that they were not going to pay to replace my windshield that I would AGAIN have to pay out of pocket to replace it. I have financed about 4 cars through my entire lifetime, and never have I had to go through something like this. After only two weeks of having the car, I had already made $600 in repairs. In conclusion, Bergenfield Suzuki/Bergenfield Auto Center sold me a faulty car. My overall experience in this dealer was horrible, I had to take unnecessary time off work to bring the car back and forth for fixing. I still have to take my car to the Benz dealer to find out how much is going to cost me to repair the sunroof. The car is not even a month old. I`m in the process of filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. Worst experience ever!
