Avoid At All Costs

Started work without my permission. Quoted me a week and a half. It took from Dec 18 till Feb 1 2013. Told car was ready but failed to replace rear wheels. And seat belt was broken and interior trim not reattached and was missing parts. The owner talked a really good game but he tried to rip me off by not replacing damaged rear wheels. $300.00 worth of Wheels. The company was given money directly from my insurance company to repair my vehicle. Part of repairing my car was to replace two tires and two wheels. The company took my new full-size tire out of my trunk and used it as one of the new tire and wheel and put the damaged one in it`s place. They tried to claim I never paid my deductible, but I have a receipt showing I paid. Then they said I told them to put one of ... view morethe bad tires and wheels to replace my doughnut....I never had a doughnut tire. When I purchased the vehicle, I purchased it with a full size spare tire. They charged the insurance company more than $500 for items they never put on my car. You couldn`t pay me enough money to use this company again. And I don`t care how many years they`ve been in business, they still stole from my insurance company and from me. Worse repair shop I`ve ever dealt with in my life. From now on, I`ll only use recommended shops from the insurance company that have an excellent reputation. This company doesn`t even deserve a one star rating!!!!
