My wife`s door window fell in ...

My wife`s door window fell in (clunk!), and we asked Family Auto to investigate. They claimed the winodow motor mechanism was burned out, and proceeded to replace it, at a cost of hundreds. However, I asked for the one they replaced (they are obligated to hand that over).. I checked it, and there was nothing wrong with it. I accosted them, the mnager apologized for the error. and they agreeded to take much of that... view more cost off, although I still paid a lot. The repair did not fit the obvious diagnosis. The window had clearly fell off the supports - an easy fix. I think they were just padding the repair.
