DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a Mercedes SL 500 from them in Sept. Tim was the salesman (he gives used car salesman a bad name) He was a smooth talker and promised the moon. The glove box was stuck, baffle in gas tank needed replaced When signed the deal was told they would get parts and repair car in 2 wks. I called him several times to see if parts in and kept being put off. During this time t... view morehe convertible top also stopped working. I was asked to bring the car in, which I did They found that it needed a new motor and they would order that and repair gas tank and roof at same time. At Thanksgiving I was told to bring the car in (2 month after I bought it) When I called to see if done Theywere unable to fix it and needed to order additional parts. I told them I was coming for car and call when parts came in. At one point Tim told me the owner Scott would be calling (I have yet to hear from him). The only way I got answers was repeat calls eventually Tim stopped returning my calls altogether and I dealt wtih the parts lady. I kept being told they could not find the motor. My husband went on line found the part, called them but they delayed and it was sold. Again he went on line found the part and they finally ordered it. I was told to bring the car in on Jan 30 to be repaired. They showed me the cost of $1600+ which they paid. Finally my car is working like it should but I will NEVER go there for service or another car. Their ad says they are a Mercedes Service Center. BULL Even Tim the sales guy said that they don`t know how to work on Mercedes cars and at one point took my car to a Mercedes dealer (or so they told me). Taking over 4 months to do repairs that were promised in 2 wks is UNACCEPTABLE. This place is awful DONT GO THERE Buy a car from a dealer and make sure all repairs are done before you pay.
