One of Riggs Towing & Recovery?ˆ™s tow-truck driven by Michael Spruill drove his left front wheel into my truck at the intersection of Lake Otis & Dowling while at a full stop light on January 26th, 2012 with my two children in my vehicle. When we pulled over to the side-road, Michael Spruill came out and apologized saying, ?ˆ?I?ˆ™m sorry for the accident.?ˆ? That is 100% lie! If this is how Riggs Towing & Recovery operate their business and treat their potential customers in this city, I surely do not recommend this business to anyone.
