Shady business
I bought my car from these guys because it was the only one of its kind available in the entire state of Alaska at the time. BIG MISTAKE. They treated me like I was a little kid who has never started a car in my life. After we signed the paperwork and left to sign paperwork at the bank, they let someone else test drive my car!!!! Then tried to lie about it and make excuses. The paperwork we were signing said the car ... view morehad 11 miles on it, then when we went to take the car home it had 20 something! It didn`t have that many 2 hours prior!!! Then they spent a bunch of time telling us how they get paid and showing us an example of how to fill out a customer service survey so that they can get bonuses. RUDE. Wish we didn`t buy the extended warranty with them either, because now we can only take my car to them to get fixed. Fast forward a couple years. Went in to have something fixed last year and they smoked in my car while working on it. Made them completely detail it to get the cigarette smell out. Then last month, they had my car for 2 and a half weeks to replace a side mirror and an airbag sensor. They refused to give me a rental or a loaner vehicle! Lied multiple times about when it would be done. Argued with me about paying tax on a DEDUCTIBLE. Then guess what? THEY PUT THE WRONG SIDE MIRROR ON. Anthony didn`t call me back for several days after I was told he would. They aren`t rushing the parts here either because fixing their mistake isn`t a priority to them. Terrible customer service, and they are clearly idiots. Not to mention that my car has a weird hitch in the transmission that we have been telling them about for years and they`ve been telling us there`s nothing wrong with it - and now it`s not under warranty any longer! Super!

After my transmission gave out late last winter in February, I am finally receiving my vehicle tomorrow after over 2 months of waiting! Tomorrow is the 1st of May! Thankfully, I had a beater vehicle as a plan B to get to work and school, but what if I didn`t? Oh yeah! I can get a rental car in the mean time, right? WRONG. Rentals are limited to only 5 DAYS! And that was only after they first tear out th... view moree old transmission which took a month anyway! 1 1/2 months went by and they put in a brand new transmission that only went into first gear! It had to be taken out and given another new one! Good grief! Thanks for the terrible service. Thankfully, I had the warranty to make this less of a hassle.

I got my vehicle yesterday finally, and they ended up giving me just a key without my autostarter. Turns out they ended up losing my key with the autostarter and got the old key replaced but `forgot` that there was an autostarter with it. Now I have to waste more time having them replace it, thank you Chevrolet of Wasilla.
