I have been here on several occasions for various things. Each visit has been a blessing. The staff is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and always in a great mood. I wouldn`t go anywhere else! Drew, the guy who works up front, is the best!

Never go to big ten Tires for ...

Never go to big ten Tires for anything relating to car.. I wouldn`t trust them with my own mother!!! I Went there just to get a tire put on.. They broke the lug nuts trying to take it off. took for ever to put on my spare tire. They lie to you also about not being able to fix flat tires, in order to make you buy "Big Ten Tires`" from their warehouse. Scam-artist!!.is what Big Ten Tires should be called... view more.. also to add, when i did get ready to buy a new tire... refused to sell one to me... their customer service sucks. the guys at the one in Auburn , Alabama are extremely rude and lazy. In short, they take their marry time about fixing your car regardless of how easy the job may be.. like putting on a spare tire for instance... Take my advice.. The customer service was amazi...

The customer service was amazing! It`s not often these days that you find a shop that takes care of the customer the way Brent and Drew took care of me. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them. Plus they offer a wide variety of options for tires and installation with warrantied routine maintenance, which shows they have a vested interest in your return business.
