2011 Porsche 911 Carrera on 2040-cars
Alexandria, Virginia, United States
More details at: clemmiecssnobeck@seekslove.com .
Excellent condition inside and out. Best and fastest Porsche I ever owned. Warranty - Warranty - Warranty This is
a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Porsche 911 that is still under a Porsche Warranty until 2/15/18. No worries. This
means this car was chosen by Porsche as the best of the best. To qualify the car had to be a perfect example of
Porsche quality with a Perfect Service History and every service completed by a Porsche Mechanic. The car sits
under a soft cover in my garage. It's safe to say this car is about as good as they get. Factory options: Adaptive
Sport Seats, Infotainment Package, PDK Transmission, Sport Chrono Package, upgraded 19in Wheels, Heated Seats,
Heated Steering Wheel, Exterior Paint Package, Porsche Crest Headrest, Navigation PCM Bluetooth, 6-CD/DVD Changer
After-Market Options: Agency Exhaust System (adds more HP), Fabspeed Tips, Fantastic Tinted Windows, New Tires -
2000 miles ago, Clear Bra. Did I mention this car has a warranty by Porsche. No Worries. Don't pick a 1997
through 2008 Porsche with an IMS bearing issue which could lead to engine failure. Go with this beautiful 997.2

Race Recap: 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans defines 'endurance'
Mon, 16 Jun 2014Commenting on the rush of events that rocked beginning and end of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Paul Truswell of Radio Le Mans said "the race is about the ability to endure, not just the ability of drivers to do what they do for a long time." The entire race machine, all the way down to the pit boards and radios, has to survive the stress and abuse of the entire day. This was the race to prove those words.
There were two Toyotas, two Porsches and three Audis, five of the seven led the race at some point, six of the seven ran in the top three. Toyota will be hugely disappointed that it didn't win when its car and drivers were so, so strong, but they gave Audi the kind of scare we haven't seen since the best of Peugeot's days, and Toyota did a better job of it even in the loss. Porsche blew away everyone's expectations, falling 3.5 hours short of a fairy tale ending that would have made Disney cry.
But Le Mans doesn't really do fairy tales. Well, not that fairy tale. Audi's Twitter handle during the event was #welcomechallenges. As usual, Le Mans answered for the entire field.
J.D. Power: Vehicle dependability at all-time high, Lexus and Porsche lead
Wed, 13 Feb 2013
Each year, J.D. Power and Associates surveys original owners of three-year-old vehicles to find out what kinds of problems they have had experienced over the last 12 months, and then it uses this data to create its annual Vehicle Dependability Study. This means that the models in the 2013 study are 2010 model year vehicles, and J.D. Power rates each make as well as the top individual models based on how many problems were experienced per 100 vehicles (PP100).
Debunking the idea that carryover models are more dependable than new or updated models, the 2013 study found that the average carryover model experienced 133 PP100, while all-new or redesigned vehicles for the 2010 model year had 116 PP100; vehicles that received minor changes fared the best with just 111 PP100. The overall average for all makes was 126 PP100, which is the lowest figure since the findings were first issued in 1989.
2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S
Fri, 19 Jul 2013I don't care who you are; when a new Porsche 911 rolls up in your driveway, that's a pretty good day. This was my very first experience with Porsche's 991 911, and after having spent time with just about every tune and trim of the last car, I was hotly anticipating comparing and contrasting.
Somehow (I don't remember sending out any cash-filled, unmarked envelopes) I'd scored a week in the 911 Carrera 4S over a long holiday weekend, too. That meant that I'd get to A) log a ton of miles in one of the best cars in the world, B) get to show-off the Porsche to family and friends and C) tempt cops in three states to pull me over. Good thing I've got the Autoblog traffic lawyer on speed dial...
