Excellent reception, coordination of necessary repairs and expeditious service and this is why I do not go anywhere else!! I use Virhinia Tire and Auto for all of my car care needs. I quit going to my car dealer a long time ago. I had to go too far and I did not have the same level of customer service.

Stopped by on Saturday for VA ...

Stopped by on Saturday for VA state inspection and there was no line. In and out in 15 minutes, and the front counter staff were friendly as usual! Thanks guys and girls and keep up the great work!

I made a phone call about a ba...

I made a phone call about a bad battery while in route home from Reston, VA and it was replaced in about ten minutes. Quite happy with the response time in service which was in and out a flash with a quality battery. I couldn`t be happier and defintely changed my disposition after I had to get a jump to leave work.
