Faster than You Need! This 2007 Cayman is the only one of its design type in Utah. It is a beautiful, throaty mid-engine beauty that blends comfort with downright fun on the roadways! With good weather approaching and winter fading soon, this little guy is ready to take the "long and winding road" to wherever you want to get a bit zippy. It's just a blast to drive, a real head-turner, and after having a dozen Porsches, I can tell you this one has been my favorite. But I'm heading out of the country for an extended period, and cannot justify keeping this car locked away for my return. It needs to be DRIVEN! Somebody help me find it a new home, and thanks for checking us out.

Porsche tells 2014 911 GT3 owners to park their cars pending inspection
Thu, 20 Feb 2014Porsche may have have a serious problem on its hands. After a rumored five 2014 911 GT3 coupes caught fire in recent weeks, Porsche launched an investigation and stopped delivering its road-ready racecar until it could diagnose the problem. Now, it has issued a press release asking all 2014 911 GT3 owners to immediately stop driving their cars until they can be inspected. Porsche is offering to pick up the cars from owners' homes and take them to the nearest dealer.
Porsche confirms that the at least two 911 GT3 coupes them have caught fire in Europe, and it has elected to inspect all 785 2014 GT3s worldwide. However, it claims no drivers have been injured in the fires. Unfortunately, Porsche says, "Internal studies to determine the cause of the engine damage have not been completed yet," so owners might have a bit of a wait before they are able to drive Porsche's ultimate 911 again. Even though many of this year's championships had already been decided, the last ALMS race ever would be a 10-hour, 1,000-mile slog around Road Atlanta to get names in the record books and decide a few series trophies.

Porsche Macan Turbo vs Cayman GTS in track battle
Fri, 19 Sep 2014"Well this is stupid." On the surface, that was our reaction to this video, as well. Why would you compare the hottest Porsche Cayman with a crossover of any kind, even if it is the 400-horsepower Macan Turbo?
We're guessing because it'd be bloody good fun, as evidenced Auto Express's latest track battle. To be fair, there is some interesting stuff here. The two do have a similar starting price, separated by less than $3,000 here in the US market. And, factoring in the Macan's hefty horsepower and torque advantages - 60 horsepower and 126 pound-feet - does make for a slightly interesting comparison.
