This Car is currently not running and has been parked in my garage since 2003. It was running at the time of my father's passing because he had just driven it prior to and I had ridden with him, but I recall him saying it may need a starter. I have absolutely No information on the car, only these receipts in the folder (Radiator Recored 9/15/94), (Heater hose, core gaskets 7/27/94), (Thermostat 9/15/94) (5 Tires 2/16/95) and (4 wire Wheelcovers 10/10/94). The car was my father's and I have absolutely No record or knowledge of driving history, engine rebuilds, or restore information. So Please don't send repeated messages asking me, because I truly cannot answer. It is a lovely car, no dents/breaks  but some of paint has chipped off from edges of trunk and front hood and around door edge. I see no visible rust either. It appears as though the original color was the rose as I can see inside the engine compartment the original color and the coding on the plate (X) indicates the dusk rose .  The soft top is separating from the trim piece. There is No Hardtop with the car.

Thank You for looking!

Tanner Foust tackles 'Ring in SVT Raptor

Sat, 16 Mar 2013

Here's a math problem: if Tanner Foust has a 24 hours to kill in Germany and one blue Ford Raptor, how long will it take him to decide he wants to lap The Nürburgring? Extra credit if you can get your answer precise to the millisecond.
A very truck-like and slidey lap of the 'Ring is exactly what happened when the Ford-sponsored rallycross driver took time off from set-up duties for his 'day job.' Thankfully no one even thought to worry about posting a time, but you can watch some Raptor skid marks getting laid down between the kerbs in the video below.

Ford reserving 50th Anniversary Mustangs for service members

Tue, Dec 16 2014

Think getting your hands on one of the 1,964 50th Anniversary Ford Mustangs is hard as a civilian? Imagine how tough it might be for the Mustang fanatics in our nation's military. Perhaps recognizing this fact, Ford Emerging Market Services and the Overseas Military Sales Corporation (the only Ford-authorized retailer on the military's bases) ran a raffle, with the winners receiving the opportunity to purchase one of the limited-edition muscle cars. Ford EMS and OMS received 300 entries to the raffle, although with only eight 50th Anniversary Stangs to hand out, we imagine there were quite a lot of disappointed soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines. "We are pleased to offer limited-edition anniversary Mustangs to members of our military through our Military Appreciation Program, and we are delighted at the response it's receiving," Doug Walczak, EMS' fleet sales manager, said. The first Mustang was delivered to Army Maj. Del Boyer, shown above. While Maj. Boyer took delivery in New York, the raffle was open to servicemembers both at home and abroad.
