the car runs & drives great it has a 727 automatic trans w/3000 stall converter headers aluminum intake & holley in it now. I have all the stock stuff to go with it except the shifter (4 speed transmission bell housing clutch and fly wheel. Intake and exhaust manifolds, carberator and air cleaner). Basically it needs Q- panels,left rocker panel- minor dents in the hood and trunk lid. Surface rust.. Left rear wheel cylinder leaking brake fluid. Has good brake pedal when full of fluid. Wipers, heater and lights all work except a couple of bulbs burned out. headliner dash top speaker cover JUST LOOK AT THE GAS PEDAL AND IT SPINS SIDEWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Chrysler recalls small number of 2013-2014 cars and trucks over engine debris
Thu, 12 Dec 2013Chrysler is recalling a small number cars over issues with their 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. The recall, which affects 522 examples of its 2013 Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200 models, as well as 2014 Jeep Compass and Patriot CUVs has to do with potential debris in the balance shaft bearings.
The abrasive stuff can cause the oil pressure to drop, which could lead to the engine stalling or outright failure. This situation could at best leave drivers stranded and at worst lead to a crash.
Chrysler will begin notifying owners, who will need to report in to have the balance shaft module replaced. All repairs are naturally free of charge. Scroll down for the bulletin from NHTSA.
Old vs. New: 2014 SRT Viper takes on upgraded 16-year-old Dodge Viper
Fri, 08 Feb 2013It's easy to play the "Would you rather have a New X or an Old Y with a bunch of upgrades?" game more often than we care to admit, but the crew at Car and Driver have taken bench racing to the next level with their latest video. In it, the magazine pits a brand-new 2014 SRT Viper against a highly modified 1997 Dodge Viper GTS. There are 16 years between the time this particular GTS rolled off the production line and when the new car bowed, but that doesn't mean the old snake's owners have been sitting on their hands.
Thanks to a spate of modifications, the GTS offers up a better power to weight ratio than the new machine, but is that enough to overcome the technological leap forward represented by the 2014 Viper? We won't spoil it for you. You'll just have to check out the full clip below for yourself.
