Up for auction is a 2004 Volvo S60 and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

The car has the following features:

4 brand new Goodyear tires ($600 with receipts)

Full cream leather heated memory seats with front and rear lumber support

Srs airbags (front/passenger) and inflatable curtains for the rear 

Cruise control

Electronic sunroof

Leather adjustable steering

Interior Walnut trim

The vehicle is equipped with a 5cyl engine and automatic transmission.  The odometer shows 183,140 miles.  the vehicle is fully loaded.The seats are cream/tan and in decent condition, although a good detail will make a huge difference.  The exterior of the car is black and is showing a few signs of wear/scratches. Please refer to the photos included in this auction for more description details.

This vehicle appears to run and drive FAIR, however, it has only been driven around our lot and has not been road tested or driven for any duration of time.

This vehicle comes with a clear New York Title and its Registration is valid through 10/15

I make every effort to photograph important details of the vehicles body condition, however small scratches and blemishes in the vehicles paint and body are often difficult to catch in the camera lens, so if you fail to personally inspect the car, please know that these imperfections may exist.

• WINNING BIDDERS MUST CONTACT  ME AND LEAVE A $250 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER BIDDING HAS ENDED OR PAY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY.  I CAN BE REACHED BY TELEPHONE AND OR EMAIL. 518 727 5953

         THE REST OF PAYMENT TO BE PAID CASH ON COLLECTION WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS. VEHICLE                    TO BE COLLECTED AT MY CURRENT ADDRESS. 

Accepted form of payment is cash in person, credit card (visa or mc only)

 Please note that PayPal transactions can only be used for deposits. You will need to select another payment method above to complete the remainder of your vehicle sale.  Cashier’s check is ok, but vehicle will not be released until payment is cleared.

 All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV, are the responsibility of the buyer.

INFORMATION CONCERNING PICK-UP OF VEHICLE:

Pickup must occur within TEN (10) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made via phone conversation.  There will be a storage fee of $30.00 per day for any vehicle left on our premises after this time. VEHICLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNLESS FEES ARE PAID.

·       The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up in Waterford NY.  Call for directions.
