Beautiful color combination. I am the second owner and I purchased it from California. This is the most comfortable, fun car I have ever owned. The performance is amazing. I'm kinda thinking that if you are looking at this "R" car you probably know more about them than I do.
I think it's more important that I share the negatives and I hope this will help you in making your decision: 1) The drivers seat shows wear on the leather, from getting in and out of the vehicle 2) The mirror is half daytime and half night time, this is the best way I can explain it 3) The console lid has scratches on it from opening and closing 4) The ABS light is on in the dash, I was told that I needed to have the codes reset 5) The DIM was replaced at 94,642 miles I have pictures of all these areas as well as many more. Ex-Volvo boss Stefan Jacoby to head GM's international operations
Fri, 02 Aug 2013He was too talented not to surface somewhere, we just didn't know where and when. Nine months ago, Stefan Jacoby stepped down from his post as Volvo CEO, a move that caught many off guard. At the time, the separation was called "amicable," but word is that the strong-willed executive clashed with owners Geely and the automaker's board.
Jacoby will have a new set of challenges on his hands, as he has just been named Executive Vice President Consolidated International Operations for General Motors. That means the Hannover-born Jacoby will head up the company's operations in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, where he will be responsible for over 100 countries and territories. Jacoby succeeds Tim Lee, who has been named chairman of GM China. Lee will also retain his post as Executive Vice President Global Manufacturing.
Jacoby's dealings with Geely should help him in his Asian market duties, but he also counts time as the head of Volkswagen of China on his resume, so he's very well-versed in the market's peculiarities.

Volvo confirms return of the wagon with V60 headed to US
Wed, 27 Mar 2013Turns out that promised new production Volvo model for the United States is indeed the V60 wagon, as we had previously predicted. And it's not terribly surprising, as Volvo has a long and storied history of wagon sales in the US, from the old, loveable 240 to the more recent high-performance V70R. And yet the automaker hasn't had a proper non-XC, non-crossover-style wagon in the US since it pulled the V70 away at the end of the 2010 model year.
"The new Volvo V60 is for people who want the handling of a dynamic sports sedan but need the versatility of a wagon," says Volvo, highlighting the reason many of us on the Autoblog team harbor such fondness for wagons in general.
Volvo is currently showing off the R-Design package for its entire model line, including the V60, at the New York Auto Show. We don't know for sure if the V60 will launch with the R-Design package or if it will come at a later date, and we also see no mention of a Polestar edition, though we're hopeful.
