This is a 2000 Volvo S70 with a sunroof. Do not miss this car! This car is exceptionally nice for being a 2000. It has a small dent in the left front door, the dent is the size of your little fingernail. other than that the paint is original & great. This car runs exceptionally nice & gets great gas mileage. Very smooth & drives great. The exterior is black with aluminum wheels. We ran it through our shop & gave it a new West Virginia state inspection sticker. The interior is beige leather as you can see in the pictures, the seats are in great shape. No one has smoked in this car. It has an AM/FM cassette radio, that does not work. It says off it is just a security issue. If you know how to get the security lock off im sure the radio would work. It has power seats, power doors, windows, & locks, cruise control, delayed wipers, a tilt wheel column, & all of the glass is in great shape & works well. I can talk more about this car, but i have said enough... It is a great Volvo! Good luck, happy bidding, & I hope you win it! :) 500.00 deposit to paypal within 24 hours at end of auction. Balance can be arranged between seller and buyer.

Honda Civic, Volvo XC90 named 2016 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year
Mon, Jan 11 2016It's a great day to be the Honda Civic and Volvo XC90. These cars are the official 2016 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year, with the awards just having been announced at the Detroit Auto Show. The Civic is a great car, and a fantastic entry in the compact class. To us, its win isn't a surprise, though our enthusiast hearts were really rooting for the runner-up Mazda MX-5 Miata. The new Chevy Malibu was also a finalist for this year's award. As for the Truck/Utility award, we wholeheartedly agree with the Volvo XC90 choice. It's a fantastic-looking, premium, tech-forward vehicle, and represents a huge step forward for Volvo here in the United States. But its runners-up, the Nissan Titan XD and Honda Pilot, are also great choices, bringing a lot of stiff competition to some pretty important segments. Here's how the jury voted: Car of the Year Honda Civic – 203 points Chevy Malibu – 181 points Mazda MX-5 Miata – 146 points Truck/Utility of the Year Volvo XC90 – 310 points Honda Pilot – 111 points Nissan Titan XD – 109 points
Ex-Volvo boss Stefan Jacoby to head GM's international operations
Fri, 02 Aug 2013He was too talented not to surface somewhere, we just didn't know where and when. Nine months ago, Stefan Jacoby stepped down from his post as Volvo CEO, a move that caught many off guard. At the time, the separation was called "amicable," but word is that the strong-willed executive clashed with owners Geely and the automaker's board.
Jacoby will have a new set of challenges on his hands, as he has just been named Executive Vice President Consolidated International Operations for General Motors. That means the Hannover-born Jacoby will head up the company's operations in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, where he will be responsible for over 100 countries and territories. Jacoby succeeds Tim Lee, who has been named chairman of GM China. Lee will also retain his post as Executive Vice President Global Manufacturing.
Jacoby's dealings with Geely should help him in his Asian market duties, but he also counts time as the head of Volkswagen of China on his resume, so he's very well-versed in the market's peculiarities.
