I am selling a 2000 Volvo S40 turbo. This car gets very good gas mileage and takes regular gas. It has all the features of a larger Volvo, leather seats, power windows, and locks, air bags all around the car, cruise control, glass sunroof, and more. This car has always started and run 100 percent. New Battery, new tires, oil changed every three thousand miles, cold A/C, every thing works as it should. The not so good about the car is a dent in the back by trunk luck (see pic) dent in front hood (see pic) and check engine light came on three weeks ago. I purchased a truck last year and hardly ever drive this car anymore so that's why I want to sell it.

Volvo teases new electric SUV for 2023 reveal
Wed, Nov 9 2022At the launch of the Volvo EX90 flagship electric SUV, Volvo teased a new, smaller electric ute for reveal in 2023. At the end of the presentation (around 1:32:50), Volvo CEO Jim Rowan told media in attendance to look closely as animated graphics appeared on the screen behind the EX90. There, shrouded in darkness, we see the rear illumination of the EX90, with flashes of a smaller SUV appearing next to it briefly. Could this be an electric successor to the XC60, perhaps to be called the EX60? It looks like it could be smaller than the XC60, but it's hard to be sure in this dark image. We’ll have to wait until 2023 to know for sure. But Volvo has said it intends to release a new EV each year as it transitions to an all-electric lineup by 2030. Stay tuned. Hot rod tractor stars in Swedish version of Farmkhana
Mon, 08 Sep 2014The Nordic countries are known for their beautiful fjords, blonde-haired populace and bitter cold for a good portion of the year. The hours spent indoors during the dark, cold season apparently gives a lot of time for some crazy brainstorming. Tire store chain Vianor is highlighting the Traktor Terror in a new video. If Ken Block is the master of Gymkhana, then these guys know all about Farmkhana in their custom, turbocharged tractor.
According to the YouTube description from Vianor, the tractor is a 1956 Volvo BM Terrier with an added roll cage, adjustable front suspension and extended frame. The engine is thoroughly Swedish, and it's based on a Volvo 940 Turbo with a Volvo 240 head and Volvo 740 intercooler. However, it uses a Saab turbo Prospark ignition and fuel system. All told, the setup is claimed to make 225 horsepower and is capable of a top speed of 60 miles per hour.
That's not crazy power, but this tractor can certainly put it down. The farm machine has no problem smoking those big rear wheels and drifts easily.... although, it may be a tiny little bit unstable (hence the roll cage). If nothing else, this looks like the world's most fun way to be a farmer, that's for sure.
Volvo shows off 345-hp S60 and V60 Polestar
Thu, 06 Feb 2014We showed you the hot, new Volvo V60 Polestar a few months back and raved about the fact that this long-roofed family car can hit 60 miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds. Now, we're seeing it and its four-doored brother, the S60 Polestar sedan, in person for the first time.
As we told you when the V60 Polestar was unveiled, both cars are motivated by a 3.0-liter, turbocharged six-cylinder that generates 345 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, with peak twist arriving between 2,800 and 4,750. Power is channeled to a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system via a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and launch control.
Both Polestar models benefit from a suspension that features Öhlins shocks, while they ride on 20-inch "bespoke" wheels. Six-cylinder Brembo calipers clamp down on 14.6-inch rotors in front, meaning these Volvos should come to a stop as quickly as they get going.
