THIS VEHICLE IS A 1989 VOLVO 240GL. IT HAS A 4 CYLINDER ENGINE IN IT AND RUNS REALLY WELL. THERE ARE NO LEAKS AND MOTOR IS CLEAN. THE EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THERE ARE NO APPERENT DENTS OR SCRATCHES. THE HOOD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IS RAISED SLIGHTLY NEAR THE WINDSHIELD. IT DOES NOT HURT THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE HOOD. THE HOOD DOES STAY UP WHEN COMPLETELY UP WHICH MEANS THE HOOD SHOCKS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE INTERIOR IS IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE. THE SEATS ARE CLEAN AND THERE ARE NO RIPS OR FADING IN THE CLOTH OF ANY OF THE SEATS. THERE ARE SOME MINOR PLASTIC PEICES ON THE FRONT DOORS THAT ARE BROKEN. WHICH I TRIED TO SHOW IN THE PICTURES. Volvo planning Golf rival, 'breathtaking' C60 coupe

Despite just having refreshed nearly its entire portfolio, Volvo is still in the middle of a big product offensive. Vehicles like the C30 hatchback and C70 convertible have been given the axe, but a brand-new platform is being developed in addition to the Scalable Platform Architecture (SPA) that will underpin larger vehicles. According to Automobile, this means some very interesting newcomers may be on tap for the brand.
Volvo, in collaboration with Geely, is said to be working on a new platform about the size of a Volkswagen Golf that will likely spawn both a sedan and hatchback. Automobile reports that while the automaker's new scalable architecture is quite flexible, it cannot be stretched (or rather, shrunk) to accommodate a smaller vehicle.
Instead, SPA will be used for the company's larger offerings, starting with the V40 on the small end. (Though to our eyes, the current V40 looks plenty Golf-sized to us.) A new XC40 is apparently in the works, as is an S90 flagship, and new versions of the XC60, XC90 and S60 will all be coming based on this new flexible architecture.

Today, there is a staggering number of luxury SUVs available in every shape, size and price point. There are electric luxury SUVs like the Tesla Model X and Jaguar I-Pace, as well as gas-swilling, high-performance SUVs like the BMW X5 M and Cadillac Escalade V. Sports car makers Porsche, Aston Martin and Lamborghini have even dived in. But of this great many, which are the best luxury SUVs? We sat down, scoured our reviews, took some votes, had some discussions and came up with the luxury SUVs we view as the best. They are listed alphabetically within the six segments listed below. Volvo S60, XC60 caught testing with freshened faces

Neither the Volvo S60 nor the Volvo XC60 are that old, but the Swedish automaker is wasting no time ensuring that two of its most popular products don't get stagnant on the market, a fate that has befallen some of the other products it offers.
Even though these two models helped usher in a new styling direction for Volvo not too long ago, the modest facelifts on tap for both looks like they will bring both products closer to the styling of the handsome overseas V40 hatchback.
Aside from the pointier front end, the XC60 crossover is also getting a revised rear fascia that now includes integrated dual exhaust outlets. The shots of the S60 show us that the sedan's interior will be getting minor tweaks as well, including reshaped front seats and a new shift lever.
