  The Cleveland Hopkins International Airport  will be your destination airport and is located  about 25 minutes from my dealership.

  There is Enterprise located 3 minutes away, Avis located 5 minutes away, and Hertz located 25 minutes away from my dealership.

 

Bus Terminals 

 There is a Greyhound Bus Station located only 25 minutes away from my dealership.

Attention: this car has Ohio salvage rebuilt title. This car passed Ohio salvage highway patrol inspection. There will be no issues with the title transfer or getting a license plate in any state in the US. You won't have to pass any inspections in your state, everything is done in Ohio!  History              

I bought this beautiful 2012 Volkswagen Passat Diesel from a Lease Company. It has had only one owner since it was built. It has not been in an accident or flooded. It had been  vandalized. Only nothing was stolen or damaged inside. It was scratched and dented outside. My body shop checked and repaired the entire car. Every scratch and dent was repaired. High quality work was done on the car. We could have sent the car to a company specializing on removing dents but we decided to repair it ourselves and paint the car to make the car look like brand new. Pictures of the car before it was repaired are available upon request. If you would like to see the pictures please call me before I send them to you. There are too many scammers online 

Vehicle Inspection         

I encourage potential buyers to inspect the vehicle but such INSPECTIONS MUST BE conducted prior to completion of the sale. This vehicle is available for inspection at any reasonable time. If you choose to have the inspection done by a licensed professional, you must do so at your own expense. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the vehicle inspected thoroughly, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value based solely upon that judgment. Furthermore, it will be assumed that you have inspected this vehicle fully if you have placed the bid/made an offer.

Brief Explanation        

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title".

Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car was totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has a minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes an owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and (depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car) Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. We have bought  "Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief, Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell any cars with major damage.

 Rebuilt title: once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by the state for all repairs and a "Rebuilt Title" is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the BMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.

Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, I can meet you at our local airport.

Financing

If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid.

Payments and Fees

1. Pay Pal:  $500 deposit is required plus $15 Pay Pal fee.    

2. Bank Wire Transfer is subject to a $35 fee.       

 3. The Buyer must pay $295 documentation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS that includes all the paper work, title fee, temporary license plate and next day Unites States Postal Service. This fee is not negotiable.

4. I only collect sales tax from Ohio residents. Out of state residents pay sales tax in their state.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact me within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (440 ) 521 4000 or by email through eBay or skyautocenter@aol.com to set up payment arrangements. I require a $515 non-refundable deposit which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to skyautocenter@aol.com or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, I will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. I will not release the title until the funds are cleared. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait seven (7) business days until the funds are cleared. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds are cleared. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup.
