2012 VW Golf TDI for sale. I am the orignal owner and am a non smoker. Car has had all factory services done at factory specified intervals. Car is in wonderful shape but has one dent under passanger door on drivers side. I had a estimate done to have it fixed and will show upon request. Car comes with all stock equipment and alternate equipment including stock shocks and Koni coilovers, stock wheels and custom Mercedes Benz AMG wheels and stock muffler. Car also has two sets of floor mats and cargo system for trunk and cargo net, both sets of keys and valet key. Car also has cold weather package with heated cloth seats and heated outside mirrors, also comes with bluetooth phone and media with full touch screen radio with multi disc player and sd card insert. Car has a tune done by Malone tuning so new engine specs are 173 hp and 324 ft pds of torque. Car runs perfect and gets 42 mpg average between city and freeway driving. Jalopnik and Consumer Reports see who can pull off the best snow drift
Fri, Feb 20 2015The weather throughout much of the United States is pretty awful at the moment with some combination of extremely low temperatures, inches of snow and maybe some ice underneath it all. The folks at Jalopnik and Consumer Reports are making the absolute best out of a difficult situation by heading to CR's snow-covered test track and attempting to make the longest drift in a quartet of very different performance vehicles. Jalopnik brought along a Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S Wagon, a Subaru WRX STI, a BMW 228i and a 1973 Volkswagen Baja Bug (heck yeah!) for the challenge. Also, the track was perfect for this group, with a mix of packed snow in places and still a few inches of unsullied powder in spots too. Ostensibly the goal was to get the tail to step out through a particular corner, but in reality this was more about having hilarious fun in the snow with fast cars. The result just looks like the best time humanly possible in this weather.
Volkswagen New Midsize Coupe Concept is an aspirational Jetta
Mon, 21 Apr 2014Meet the Volkswagen baby CC. Okay, that's not really it's name (VW calls it the New Midsize Coupe Concept), but this sleek, four-door coupe draws more than a little inspiration from the CC while riding on VW's MQB platform.
It's a looker, we think, and is an eye-pleasing departure from the bland styling of the current Jetta. The sleeker front end is complemented by a wider body overall (it's wider than a Passat), while the more sporting roofline and the sharp rear fascia gives the New Midsize Coupe a decidedly sporting character. LED head- and taillights add a bit more personality to this already stylish design.
Thanks to its 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder, it should get along rather sportingly, as well. The run to 62 miles per hour takes just 6.5 seconds thanks to the 217 horsepower on offer. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic is also fitted, and contributes to an estimated 37 miles per gallon.
