The car has a stainless header, MSD ignition coil conversion, GLI Recaro seats, power sunroof, 5 speed, Cruise, Tilt, Power windows, Runs and drives great, does not use oil, engine is quiet, Timing chain and guides replaced at 120k, front end has new bushings, ball joints, and tie rod ends. It also has Eibach lowering springs. Sony CD player, 4 MBQuartz 5.5's in the doors and rear, 4 MBQuartz 1"tweeters, 15" Kicker sub, 1200 watts on sub base and 360 on mids & Highs all professionally installed. It has no rips or tears in the interior and the paint is a 7 out of 10. 28 mpg hiway, 19mpg city and the car handles like it is on rails. I am selling it because I have a new toy and I can't have 2 daily drivers. VW confirms Audi's emissions test transmission anomalies

Just a week after reports that the California Air Resources Board (CARB) found an emissions cheat in some Audi automatic transmission software programs, parent company Volkswagen has come clean. As reported by Reuters, VW's response to an article by Munich's Sueddeutsche Zeitung stated that the adaptive shift functionality can "lead to incorrect and non-reproducible results." Adaptive shift programs alter the characteristics of a vehicle's transmission to suit different driving styles. Gentle driving will result in earlier shifts and lower engine revs, while hard-charging on the pedals and steering will make the transmission more responsive and hold gears longer. That adaptation can change over time or even on a short-term basis. And it can save fuel. The difference in this case is that is seems that the Audi transmissions were specifically programmed to detect emissions test conditions. As we explained in a previous article, one of those test conditions is keeping the wheel straight. Turning more than 15 degrees shuts the test mode off. According to Reuters, the US government is trying to determine whether this classifies as an emissions cheat device, although VW, Audi, and the EPA have not commented on the record. After adding Italian motorcycle icon Ducati to its stable and spending $5.6 billion on the rest of Porsche, Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn says he's done shopping for a while.
"We have enough to do at the moment in taking our twelve brands to where we want to be," Winterkorn tells German newspaper Handelsblatt.
