2013 Toyota Venza Le Awd 4-door 3.5l V6 Automatic on 2040-cars
Bigfork, Montana, United States
This is a 2013 Toyota Venza LE AWD 3.5L V6 with only 5100 miles in near new, mint condition. It has the beige cloth interior and blizzard pearl white exterior. Also has the tow package but have never installed a tow hitch and therefore never towed anything with the car. Am currently 18 months into a 36 month/15,000 mi/yr lease with Toyota Financial but cannot keep up the payments due to unforeseen medical expenses. Balance owing on vehicle is $27000 so save $4000 over new retail of around $31k. Buyer may purchase car outright from Toyota Financial or assume lease payments of $388/mo. I would be willing to cover first two lease payments or sell for $26,000 firm. Car has been minimally driven and is well below its mileage cap mark, which would normally be around 22,500 miles at present time. Car is located in Bigfork Montana just southeast of Kalispell Mt. BMW-Toyota sports car heading towards Tokyo debut
Mon, 20 May 2013Earlier this year, BMW and Toyota confirmed a four-part joint venture mostly focusing on increasing improving vehicle efficiency using fuel cells, lightweight materials and better battery technology. Also tucked into the announcement was a "feasibility study" for a shared platform to underpin a future midsize "sports vehicle."
In terms of the latter, it seems that things have stepped up from the feasibility stage to the conceptual stage, as Motor Trend reports we could see a pair of new sports car concepts debut later this year in at the Tokyo Motor Show. There isn't much information about the new program, but the article suggests the sports cars could be all-wheel drive hybrids, with electric motors powering the front wheels and a gas engine powering the rear wheels. While a partnership between Toyota and BMW might not lend itself to a catchy portmanteau like "Toyobaru," here's hoping it will bear fruit that is as exciting as the ones produced by the Toyota/Subaru tie up.

Toyota TRD Pro Chase Trucks are ready to hit the desert at SEMA
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Toyota marks the 35th anniversary of its Toyota Racing Development performance arm this year, and the division is celebrating at this year's SEMA Show with a quartet of tuned off-roaders based on on the 4Runner, Tacoma and Tundra that look more than ready to go just about anywhere.
All four of them will take part in this year's Baja 1000 race, but only the Tundra (far left in the above photo) is actually competing. The other three will be there to act as support vehicles.
Inspired by the production TRD Pro Series trucks, the 4Runner, Tacoma and Tundra are prepared by off-road fabricator N-Fab with a mix of TRD and the company's own parts to be able to take whatever the grueling, 1,000-mile can throw at them. The trio is fettled with extra communications equipment, GPS, additional lights and all sorts of body and suspension modifications to help them survive the ordeal.
