The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale.  Terms & Conditions

*Due to being a small operation and small profit margins, we must keep the cash flow going to purchase more vehicles to sell and absolutely cannot afford to have unpaid vehicles sitting on our lot for more than 7 days (5 Business days), so with that being said we'll move on to the payment process. 1.When an auction is won (buy it now as well), a $500.00 USD deposit through Paypal is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. This deposit secures the vehicle for you, and is a NON REFUNDABLE, GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. This assures us that you are a serious buyer and are not just drunk on a Saturday night or your child has accidently bought the vehicle. This is a business we are running and we are trying to help you save money, so help us by cooperating with our terms and conditions. Of course If you get here to pick the vehicle up and it is nothing like we've desbribed or completely different than the pictures you may be eligable to get your deposit back, but this is solely at the discretion of the SELLER, this does not mean that if you see a scratch on the truck that our camera did not pick up that you are getting your money back, you have to understand that a camera is not going to pick every minor blemish on a vehicle, but at the same time you cannot go into Walmart and ask for a camera that takes horrible pictures, they don't make those, but if for the most part I try to put everything in the pictures and if you call us we will walk around the vehicle and tell you everything we see. With all this being said, I do take pictures of all exterior panels (fenders, hoods, tailgate, etc.), all glass (windows, mirrors, windshield, etc.), underneath the vehicle (to show rust or if anything is missing), Under the hood (to show motor size and if anything is missing), and The interior (Carpet/flooring, headliner, dash, seats, gauges to show if any warning lights may be on, etc.) and I do this because I do not want anything to be a surprise when you get here. I don't like people wasting my time, so I don't want to waste anybody elses time by misrepresenting a vehicle. So we're clear on payments: 1. Deposit of $500.00 USD is due within 24 hours of auction end. 2. Full Payment of the vehicle is due within 7 days of auction end (5 business days) in UNITED STATES CURRENCY (USD) VIA Cashier's check; Bank Wire; or Cash (in person), please call Todd @ (4076240136) if you have any questions regarding payment methods. If you cannot comply with these stipulations, your transaction may become void solely at the discretion of the seller.

***TITLES***

Our titles are held by what is called a Floorplanning company, they hold the title for us until the vehicle is paid for. Once the vehicle is paid for they overnight the title to us and from that point we then mail it to you (UPS with tracking). We do it this way because we are approximately 10 minutes from the nearest port, and if somebody steals a vehicle and title and then take them to the port they can get the truck out of the country, and it has been an ongoing problem for a while, although it has lightened up the last couple years. We have approximately 30 days to provide you with a title or we have to bring you your money back in full (minus miles) and come get the vehicle from you, and we are also Bonded in the State Of Florida so we have to provide you with a clean and clear title unless stated otherwise in the description of the vehicle. Most of the titles go out in 2 to 3 days after purchases. Most of the time we have copies of titles and can provide them to you or your bank. Please call 4076240136 with questions.

Fee and Tax Information:

As far as taxes are concerned, we do collect your state sales tax. So for example, if you live in Alabama the tax rate is 2% so you will pay 2% taxes to us and we will give you a DMV tax credit form that you take with you to the DMV showing that you have already paid your state taxes of 2% (or whatever your state tax rate is). You will be responsible for any county or city surtaxes (usually .5%-1%), we just collect state taxes because Florida is reciprocal with 47 of the 50 States. Please call us to see if your state is recipriocal with Florida and also to see what your state sales tax rate is (some states have 0 sales tax rate, but you must have a Drivers License with that states address). We ONLY COLLECT TAXES if you are coming to pick up the vehicle, if you ship the vehicle we DO NOT collect your taxes.

As far as Fees, we have $299 Documentary fee which we collect to help cover costs for Cleaning vehicles, Preparing vehicles for delivery, Inspection, and mailing fees for paperwork, titles etc. This fee is non negotiable, if you are a dealer and win the vehicle on Ebay you are also subject to this fee, if you are a dealer and want to purchase the vehicle minus the fee you must call us first. 30 Day Temporary tags are $5.95 and are good in any state and Canada. If you are registering the vehicle in Florida, we collect your taxes (state and county) and we also do your tag and titlework so you do not have to go to the DMV to register the vehicle, we do your plate transfer and title transfer. If you have any questions about any of these fees, please call (904)-861-5272.

How Toyota's neighbor delayed 23,000 of its deliveries

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

Don't you just hate when your neighbors' mess becomes your problem? Toyota certainly has good reason to be upset, after an dirty mishap at a steel mill delayed thousands of vehicle exports from its nearby port in Nagoya, Japan, (pictured above) by as much as a month.
The messy situation occurred on June 22 when the mill near the port lost power and had to burn off an excess buildup of coke oven gas - which isn't exactly a situation friendly to living beings or the environment. According to Automotive News, it caused a massive amount of smoke to emit from the plant that fell as soot and tar on about 23,000 vehicles that were waiting to be shipped out. Getting the models properly cleaned off has been quite a task. A team of 5,000 workers were at the port until this week getting them gleaming again.
Potential Toyota buyers in North America have no need to fret about getting a sullied car, though. A Toyota spokesperson told Automotive News that none of the vehicles were bound for this continent. The automaker is reportedly considering asking the mill's owners for reimbursement for the cost of the weeks of cleanup. Paying for the mistake is, after all, the neighborly thing to do.

130,000 Toyota Tundra pickups recalled over airbag issue

Fri, 12 Sep 2014

Toyota is announcing a recall for about 130,000 examples of the 2014 Tundra Tundra pickup in Crew-Max Cab and Double Cab configurations.
According to the company, the "garnish on the center pillars" inside the trucks might not have been installed correctly. If the vehicle were in an accident, the side curtain airbags could deploy in the wrong shape. Toyota says that it's not aware of any crashes, injuries or fatalities related to this potential problem.
To fix the issue, the pickups will have their interior center pillars inspected, and if faulty, the pieces will be replaced. Obviously, this will be done at no cost to owners. Scroll down to read the full announcement.

The 11 best scenes from the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Tue, Jun 30 2015

Over the last three days, the Goodwood Estate has played home to the eponymous Festival of Speed. Thrown by the biggest gearhead in the British aristocracy – Charles Gordon-Lennox, the Earl of March and Kinrara – the Festival of Speed is essentially a tremendous, gasoline-fuelled party, complete with a very large lawn sculpture, that features the world's hottest, weirdest, fastest, and loudest race, production, and historic models. While there are quite literally dozens and dozens of videos from the event – not to mention the full-day replays (of which only day one is available, at present) – we've sifted through them to pluck away the very best. There's stuff from the official Goodwood YouTube channel, as well as several videos from automakers and other third-party channels, and it's all available below. 2015 Ford Mustang GT350R Looks Barely Controllable If you thought the highest-performance Ford Mustang would somehow get more tractable or civilized once it moved to an independent rear suspension, this video shows you have nothing to worry about. Watch as an unnamed driver wrestles the new Shelby GT350R and its flat-plane, 5.2-liter V8 up the hillclimb circuit. Even with the new suspension and sticky tires, this Mustang wants to go any direction but straight, especially following its launch. 2016 Ford Focus RS, Is Very Loud, Blue Ken Block makes his first appearance on our list. Before he steps into his Hoonicorn Mustang, though, the Gymkhana expert tackled the hill in the all-new Focus RS. The vicious bellow of the 2.3-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder is the star of this commentary-free video, although the gorgeous Nitrous Blue paint job is a nice accompaniment, as well. 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn Runs Hill, Nearly Kills Lord March Mr. Block's two runs behind the wheel of the Hoonicorn were, unsurprisingly, very eventful. While one attempt goes off without a hitch, seeing the American rally driver slip and slide his way to the top of the hill while taking a short break for a donut, the other is slightly more dramatic. Block, along with Lord March in the passenger seat, carries a bit too aggressive an angle into a turn and nearly puts the NASCAR-powered Mustang into the hay bales. Check out the first video above, and the second one below. Kimi Raikkonen Makes Us Miss F1's V8 Era The latest Formula One cars have been maligned for the lackluster noise produced by the new 1.6-liter, turbocharged V6.
