-Top body condition. Probably there are 2 or 3 faint dings. See photos for more.
-Engine/tranny runs silky smooth, turbo boost is as strong as new. Never been abused. Never been to the track. Nice quiet sports car.
-Very well maintained. Synthetic oil all the way, synthetic gear oil, etc. Transmission fluid was refilled every two years. Just did an oil change with Mobile 1.
-Tires are Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position. Front has around 80% left. Rear are 100% new. Just installed them last week.
-Both front and rear brakes still have 70-80% left, I believe.
-No car accident, no collision or what's ever.
-Interior is fairly clean. Leather seats show their age yet everything looks good. See photos for more.
-Filter was replaced with a K&N.
-The shock was replaced with KYB adjustable about 5 years ago.
-Maintenance was done based on recommended schedules.
-Timing belt was replaced 2 years ago. Alternator was replaced 3 years ago. Battery is about 2 years old. Belts were fairly new, too.
-Mileage is close to 110K. For the over-engineered engine and transmission. this really means nothing. The car can easily go for another 100K.
-Pass smog check with flying flag.
-Front floor mats were replaced with Weather Tech ones.

Toyota Camry Dragster takes the phrase 'sleeper' to its logical extreme [w/video]
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Sometimes, looks can be deceiving. This is certainly one of those times, as Toyota successfully trolled the entirety of the media corps at the 2014 SEMA Show by rolling an innocent-looking Camry onto the floor... only to lift literally the entirety of its body to reveal an 850-horsepower, tube-framed dragster. Well, we have been asking for a more driver-oriented Toyota.
While it's designed to go fast in a straight line, the origin of the Camry Dragster's parts might be surprising. The 5.7-liter V8 engine, transmission, rear axle and electronics were plucked from the Toyota Tundra pickup. Toyota Racing Development donated a supercharger, while a wet-nitrous-injection system was also tacked on for that little extra something. Those goodies will help propel this anonymous looking monster through the quarter mile in just 9.8 seconds.
"This is the most extreme build we've ever unveiled at SEMA," said Toyota's motorsports chief Steve Appelbaum said in a statement. "The transformation from seemingly stock Camry to full-blown racecar just shocks the senses. Chuck Wade and the team at Motorsports Technical Center did a truly spectacular job executing the vision of this project."
2014 Toyota Aygo marks the spot [w/video]
Tue, 04 Mar 2014Following the leaked pictures we showed you yesterday, we have the full battery of images and info of the all-new Toyota Aygo, in addition to our gallery of live photos from the floor of the Geneva Motor Show.
Like its cousins from Peugeot and Citroën, the Aygo foregoes a diesel engine in favor of a highly efficient gas powerplant. The 1.0-liter naturally aspirated 4-cylinder turns out 68 horsepower and 70 pound-feet of torque. When it hits the market, it'll be with either a five-speed manual transmission or a five-speed, X-Shift automated manual. The former will help the Aygo return 57.3 miles per gallon and hit 62 miles per hour in 14.2 seconds. Opting for the X-Shift variant will net drivers 56 mpg, with 62 arriving in a leisurely 15.5 seconds.
We'll admit, aside from the fuel efficiency, there's nothing terribly great about those numbers. Still, with its compact dimensions - it's only 136 inches long - and a curb weight of no more than 2,000 pounds, it should prove tossable in the bends.
Toyota asking NHTSA for waiver on 206K vehicles
Fri, 14 Mar 2014Toyota has filed a petition with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration asking for a waiver to avoid recalling about 206,271 2012-2014 Camry, Avalon, Corolla, Sienna, Tundra and Tacoma vehicles, some of its most popular models. The affected vehicles contain seat heaters that might not meet government flammability standards. Toyota says in the waiver that "the chance of fire or flame induced by a malfunctioning seat heater is essentially zero," according to The Detroit News. The automaker notes the part makes up less than one percent of the seat's weight.
Initial reports of the problem arose in late January when Toyota issued a stop-sale order for 2013 and 2014 model year versions of those vehicles. The automaker says that there have no been reports of fires or injuries in the affected cars, and the problem was discovered during testing by the South Korean government, according to The Detroit News.
We've reached out to Toyota for comment on this development and are awaiting a reply. We'll update this post if and when we hear back.
