Up for sale is my 1993.5 Toyota Supra NA which has been converted to a Turbo with a NA-T. The car is a clean title! The car is in overall good shape and has a ton of upgrades including the following: -Turbo kit w/ front mount intercooler Interior is in good shape, one small tear in the drivers seat (Please see pics). Exterior is in decent shape but could use a polish. One small blemish on the drivers front fender in the clear coat (pictured). Also I will be including a Wings West front lip spoiler and including the original rear wing and a TRD replica rear wing with the sale. No wing is currently mounted however the holes are there for mounting. Buyer is responsible for any and all smog and safety inspections. Car is being sold with a clean California title however it is currently on Non-Op status as I planned on upgrading the car but never got around to it. |

Autocar pits McLaren MP4-12C against turbo Toyota GT86
Thu, 29 Aug 2013The Toyota GT86, in all of its forms, is one of the best-handling cars money can buy, a trait that can put a smile on the faces of all but the most jaded car enthusiasts. But if good handling isn't what they're looking for, then what is? Our first guess would have to be more power, something the 200-horsepower Toyota would benefit from. Autocar tries out that theory by driving two turbocharged GT86s on track, then pitting the more powerful one against the 616-hp McLaren MP4-12C in a track battle.
The first GT86 turbo Autocar's Steve Sutcliffe drives makes around 255 rear-wheel horsepower and a bucket-load more torque than the stock car. That's plenty of power to either have a lot of fun or get into a lot of trouble. But the GT86 that Sutcliffe tails in the McLaren is race-prepped, stripped to the bone and wears slicks to harness a heavy-hitting 335 hp at the wheel. Weighing in at under 2,500 pounds, the Toyota can't overcome the MP4-12C's power-to-weight ratio of 5.3 pounds per horsepower, but it comes pretty close.

Toyota hits 10 million Camry models sold in US
Tue, 02 Jul 2013This year marks 30 years of sales for the Toyota Camry in the US, and in that time, it has amassed more than 10 million sales. In its first year on the market, the Camry sold 52,651 units, but it has gone on to become the best-selling car in the US for the last 11 years.
Toyota says that "virtually all" current Camry models sold in the US are made here, and three-quarters of all Camry contents are domestically sourced. Toyota updates 86 in Japan with this weird special edition
Wed, Feb 11 2015In their constant drive for perfection, Japanese automakers Toyota and Subaru have both announced some minor updates for their jointly produced sports car specifically for their domestic market. Both the Toyota 86 (known in these parts as the Scion FR-S) and the Subaru BRZ are getting a revised version of the electric power steering system they were designed with in the first place as well as a reworked suspension. The more intriguing news, though, is the strange restyling Toyota is offering on the 86 Style Cb edition. Ditching the aggressively angular front end of the existing model, this special edition gets rounded headlamps and an extended nose to give it a much less severe face. The Toyota 86 Style Cb is also being offered with an optional two-tone paint scheme and gets unique LED turning indicator strips, a special badge on the bulbous snout and revised interior trim. We'll chalk it up to a matter of personal taste, but as far as JDM specials go, this special edition isn't one over which we'll be terribly disappointed if it never makes it to US showrooms.
