I am going to put make two lists here. One for the good about the car and the other for the bad. This car is drivable, but with a small oil leak, and with the oil pressure gauges not working, I would recommend a trailer.

GOOD

Engine Bay:
Battery relocated to trunk, Fluidine Radiator, Hard upper rad pipe, oil catch can, Halman Pro boost controller, Lexus Maf upgrade, 550cc injectors, BC Stage 2 cams, weight matched stock bottom end, vacuum block, T70 turbo with less then 2000 miles on it, T4 manifold, Full custom 3" exhaust, HKS SSQV, oil filter relocated to behind front bumper.
Exterior:
Clear marker lights, Enkei 18" wheels with more then 75% tread left, lowering springs, newer shocks, cross drilled and slotted rotors from 88Rotors, LEDs behind front wheels,
Interior:
AEM Wideband installed in the cig lighter spot. triple gauge pod on drivers A pillar with voltage, oil pressure ( inop ), and boost. Dash in great condition no cracks at all. Apexi NEO installed above glove box in dash but not tuned. Stainless cluster face. Kenwood cd player, unknown door speakers but they are not stock. Car is wired up for big system with multiple amps but will not come with subs or amps that are currently in it. Seats are in very good condition. Cloth interior.
I'm sure there is more that I am missing but feel free to ask any questions!

Now for the bad.....

Engine Bay:
small oil leak from CPS, power steering has been removed, a/c has been removed.
Exterior:
2-3 very small dents ( dime size ), front and rear bumpers need to be repainted.
Interior:
Door card have cracks and show their 24 year old age, targa seals might need replacement, center console lid is a little rough, small hole in drivers side carpet. I am going to say the lock bezels are missing but they may be in the car somewhere.

Overall this is a very clean Supra. Getting rid of it to start another project. Along with this sale, will be a ton of spares. If you win this auction, bring a pickup for all of it. There is a spare 7MGTE complete, but will need a rebuild. There is a spare HKS Sport turbo that is a direct bolt on replacement for the stock turbo and has been rebuilt by Turbo Technics in the UK. I have paperwork documenting this. Again the car is drivable but I do not advise it since the oil pressure gauges stopped working after we put the T70, T4 manifold, and custom exhaust on. Fuel is running pig rich according to the wideband. There is no smoke from the exhaust. The previous owner hacked the wiring harness up so we have repaired it as best we could to make the car drivable. Due to fixing wires near the ECU the glove box has not been put back on. This can be re-installed when and if the car sells.

THIS CAR IS SOLD AS IS AND WITH NO WARRANTIES, OR RETURNS ACCEPTED.

The winning bidder will be responsible for a $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hrs of auction ending. Car must be picked up within 5 days of auction end. Cash or paypal ONLY!  No checks, money orders or anything like that. I will not arrange for shipping or transportation of this car.

Scion testing updated FR-S

Thu, Sep 17 2015

It looks like Toyota is preparing a mid-cycle update for its critically acclaimed GT86, known here in the US as the Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ. As far as updates go, this one looks to be rather average. Hidden behind the camouflaged front and rear ends, we have new headlights and taillights, which according to our spies looked to be of the LED variety. We wouldn't be shocked to see the GT86 get LED taillights, although fitting the top-of-the-line headlights seems less likely. Supporting that position are the images we have of the actual headlights in action, which don't look quite bright enough to be full LED units. Instead, we'd expect some new form of running light, perhaps with bi-xenon low beams. Aside from the lamps, the front bumper gets a larger, more prominent lower intake, while the rear end sports a redefined bumper that houses larger dual exhaust tips. The size of the spoiler has been increased, too. According to our spies, we should also expect powertrain enhancements – which we can only hope means more power – as well as upgrades to the interior of the GT86. While it's possible that the updates being tested in Germany could be exclusive to the European market, that seems unlikely. We'd expect the same new enhancements to at least find their way to the Scion, if not its Subaru-badged twin. Check out the full battery of spy photos up top. Related Video:

All of the Bond cars of 'No Time To Die' (caution for spoilers)

Thu, Sep 30 2021

Note: The following overview of the cars in No Time To Die contains spoilers. Read at your own risk, or come back after seeing the film to make sure you caught everything.   No Time To Die picks up right around where Spectre leaves us. James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) are driving along in Bond’s restored and iconic DB5 in Matera, Italy. Things donÂ’t stay all that cheery for long in picturesque Matera, though. As is tradition in Bond films, the first car chase hits us with an explosion of action in what's a super-long opening scene. Fourth-gen Maserati Quattroporte: The baddies in the beginning are driving a Maserati and chasing after Bond in the DB5. Specifically, theyÂ’re in a fourth-gen Quattroporte, which feels right for a chase scene in Italy. Its squared-off looks are mean enough, and its Italian growl is a good background soundtrack to the DB5Â’s inline-six. In addition to the Quattroporte, the chase scene in Matera is home to a couple of the best stunts of the entire movie, including the arch jump done with a Triumph motorcycle seen in trailers — Matera is extremely hilly. Eventually, Bond and Swann find themselves in the DB5 again together, which is where the famous gatling gun scene from the trailer commences, but not before the bulletproof windows and body of the DB5 are thoroughly tested. RIP to the first-gen Range Rover Classics and Jaguar XFs that joined the Maserati in pursuit of Bond (here's a list of other Bond cars over the years). As the DB5 escape scene concludes, we catch a glimpse of what appears to be a Ferrari from the 1970s. However, the view was far enough away that weÂ’ll need a second look to be sure of the exact model. Land Rover Series III: Next time we see Bond, heÂ’s fishing in Jamaica and driving around a blue Land Rover Series III. ItÂ’s yet another of the many Land Rover products featured throughout the film, and unlike most of BondÂ’s Aston Martins, this one doesnÂ’t seem to have any unique features. The other intriguing vehicle out of Jamaica? An old Chevrolet Bel-Air expertly and effectively piloted by Bond newcomer, Ana de Armas. Next up, we get a few shots of the new and still-not-for-sale Aston Martin Valhalla mid-engine supercar (also seen in trailers). BondÂ’s old boss M is in the scene which appears to have been shot in some secret wind tunnel of sorts. Much to our dismay, nobody ends up driving the Valhalla in the film. Could it be a teaser for what the next 007Â’s car is?

Toyota Aygo stars in 'invisible driver' prank

Sat, 14 Jun 2014

We love a good automotive-themed prank. Rémi Gaillard remains a favorite, although maybe we should take a closer look at MagicOfRahat, another online prankster. Rahat, who has developed a bit of a reputation for blending in with car seats, giving the impression that there's no one behind the wheel, has taken his talents to Europe, in a new video for Toyota.
Dressed to look like the seat of the new Toyota Aygo, Rahat goes about town freaking out tollbooth operators, valets, fast food servers and even receiving a bit of unwanted attention from the police. The result is, as is usually the case with this prank, pretty darn amusing. We were kind of hoping he'd pop up and give his victims a fright, as he did in his Halloween video, but alas, that wasn't to be.
Take a look below for the full video.
