Representations and Warranties made by Seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Contact us for any questions. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement or contact us with questions.

Fees: A processing fee $199.00 is assessed on this sale to cover administrative costs and other expenses. This fee is added to the winning bid price and will not be waived, so please note and consider this when placing your bid.

Florida Residents: The State of Florida charges several fees and taxes on any vehicle that is purchased in the State. This includes a 6% state sales tax, as well as any county-specific discretionary sales tax which is assessed on the first $5,000 of the purchase (for example, for residents of Pinellas and Miami-Dade counties, there is an additional 1% sales tax applicable to the first $5,000). When application is made for a Florida Title Certificate, the title fee is $75.75. The purchaser’s name, selling price, date of sale, odometer reading and date read, must be completed by the seller in the “transfer of title by seller” section.

Non-Florida Residents: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Sellers Rights: 

Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.

Buyers Inspection: We welcome a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. If you elect to use a shipping company, we will be pleased to coordinate a pick-up time and assist accordingly. The Seller will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Seller assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our location, or any delays in shipping for any reason. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper.

Finalizing your Purchase: Successful high bidder MUST communicate by e-mail or phone to make arrangements to complete their transaction after making deposit. This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the auction close. We reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $300.00 via PayPal. Failure to leave a deposit within the specified time frame will result in re-listing of the vehicle and the bidder being charged eBay’s final value fee and any fees associated with re-listing the vehicle. Within 72 hours of bid closing, buyer must make payment on balance of funds by certified check, bank wire transfer, or cash in person. Seller may elect to verify certified check against fraud. If deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms, then the car may be re-listed and your deposit may be forfeited, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed-upon. If Buyer changes mind at any point after deposit is made for any reason the deposit will be forfeit. Buyer will be required to provide a copy of State-issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before the vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sales-related and title-related paperwork must be signed.

Storage Fees: Please also note that a storage fee of $25 per day may be charged starting one week from conclusion of auction unless arrangements have been communicated with us and are mutually agreed-upon. No title will be released until this bill is paid in full. If your travel arrangements prevent you from getting the vehicle within that time frame contact us FIRST.

Additional Notes: We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Our vehicles may or may not contain non-essential accessory items such as floor mats, key fobs, spare wheel/tire, tool kits, CD changer cartridges, cosmetic center caps for wheels, booklets or manuals, cigarette lighters or ashtrays, etc...if you are uncertain please ask.
