You are bidding on a 2006 TOYOTA RAV4 SUV in used condition. The vehicle has a clear title and seems to run and drive well. All documents for transfer will be provided by this agency. The vehicle will need cleaned inside and out from a pet. There is a small scuff on the passenger side door area as shown in the pictures. The item is from an estate being administered by the Oregon Department of State Lands.

1. Inspection

Unless otherwise specified in the eBay auction listing, Oregon Department of State Lands urges bidders to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. Bidders can inspect property by contacting our agency at the numbers listed above.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise specified in the eBay auction listing, customers must pay in full within three calendar days from the close date of the auction. Use one of the following payment options: Most forms of payment methods are accepted for local pickup and in person payment.

3. Property Removal

Unless otherwise specified in the eBay auction listing, the purchaser must remove items from the sale site within seven calendar days from the close date of the auction to remove items from the sale site. If there is a 3rd party transportation company the seven days can be extended with prior authorization from our department. A customer who fails to remove property within the seven calendar days gives up his or her right to the property as described in section 4(b) Removal Default, below.

4. Default

A winning bidder is in breach of contract if he or she does not pay for the item won within seven calendar days from the close of the auction. We block such bidders from participating in online auctions if they breach the contract.

Removal Default: A purchaser is in breach of contract if he or she pays for an item won but fails to remove the property from its sale location within seven calendar days from the close of the auction. All right, title, interest and ownership to the property reverts to the Oregon Department of State Lands and the purchaser forfeits any payment made on the item(s).

The Oregon Department of State Lands administers the estates of those who die without a will and without heirs. The Department diligently searches to reunite estates with rightful heirs and holds the proceeds off the sale for ten years for the heir to claim. In the event no heir is found the proceeds go into the Common School Fund to assist in kindergarten through twelfth grade education throughout the state.
