For sale is a rare 2002 Toyota MR2 with only 37,221 miles. I bought it used last summer from Acura of Bay Shore. I drove it last summer, and it has been garaged all winter. I love the car and it is in excellent condition, but I bought another convertible so it is time to part with this toy. Mechanically the car drives like new. The 5 speed manual shifts with ease. Reliable, and clean 1.8L Toyota engine runs smooth and strong. Interior is flawless and has the optional leather interior. The exterior is nearly perfect. It has a hardly-noticeable dent on the rear quarter panel (see pics). The manual top is perfect and operates smoothly. Comes with 2 sets of keys. The car has an alarm system. Car is located in Smithtown, Long Island and can be viewed evenings or weekends. Buy now and enjoy the summer with the sun in your face and the wind in your hair.

Toyota gives a free RAV4 to 50-millionth customer [w/video]
Thu, 29 Aug 2013Not surprisingly, the 50-millionth Toyota product sold in the US was a Camry, but Toyota had a big surprise in store for Michael Dee, the buyer of said milestone vehicle. Toyota group vice president Bill Fay showed up at Dee's house to not only personally thank him for the purchase, but also completely paid off that brand new Camry, presenting the owner with a clear title.
But that wasn't all. As you can tell from the image above, Fay had one more trick up his sleeve. The group VP brought along a brand new 2013 Toyota RAV4, which was also presented to Dee in appreciation. The best part is that Dee's genuine amazement was all caught on video, which is posted below.
eBay Find of the Day: Back To The Future Marty McFly 1985 Toyota SR5 pickup tribute
Mon, 05 Aug 2013With DeLorean time machine replicas thick on the ground, it was only a matter of time before someone started recreating the other vehicles in the McFly garage. At the end of the first Back to the Future movie, Marty returns to 1985 to find his sweet-looking Toyota SR5 truck all waxed and ready for his date. That truck always did look great in the movie, and now's your chance to own this close facsimile.
This Back to the Future replica Toyota is on eBay with a price of $14,500, which the seller claims is half of what's been invested. Perhaps that's true, but it's still a nearly 30-year-old truck that's covered 280,000 miles. The seller does say the 22RE engine has been recently rebuilt, along with the rest of the drivetrain, and there's new paint, too. The attention to detail is admirable, and if you've always admired Marty's '80s-chic 4x4, now's your chance to own it.
