Exterior Wear and Tear
-The rims are worn and scuffed. Due to daily driving on salted roads from the snow they have corroded and pieces of the rims have chipped off.
-There is a small scratch on the rear bumper.-As far as the carbon fiber hood, the clear coat was stripped off but can easily be re-done
-There is also a very small rust spot on the rear panel, this spot has been there since I bought the car six years ago and has not grown in size.
Interior Wear and Tear
-The interior is in great condition!
-The only defect is the white paint on the back of the driver seat and also the back seats. I did not use any product to try and remove these spots in worry that it would destroy or hurt the leather.
Engine
-The engine is in great shape, the car runs great and has no mechanical problems.
-Was just inspected at the beginning of May!
***All wear and tear noted is pictured***
This Celica was my first car purchased at 16. I have owned the car for almost seven years and although I love it, I think it is time to move on as I will be 23 this upcoming month and have just decided I'm ready for a new car. A little over a year ago I replaced the side skirts and front bumper of the car. This was just a cosmetic repair as I felt the wear and tear on the body kit was becoming noticeable, which is why I replaced it. I did not replace the rear bumper because it was and still is in great condition. Therefore, I have the rear bumper body kit and have no use for it and will be included with the car. This part is pictured. For Christmas I received pioneer speakers that I never installed. Again, I will have no use for these speakers and will include them as well. These speakers are also pictured, I have never even opened the box and are brand new. There will also be extra lowering struts I have included as well.
The body kit on this car is the Vader Body Kit for a 2000-2005 Celica. As you can see in the pictures, there are two gauges. These are an air/fuel ratio and oil pressure gauge. There is also a throttle position sensor. None of these are hooked up because I personally had no use for them but can be hooked back up and fully functional.
If you have any questions, please email me at sharlascotten3@rocketmail.com
***Mileage is subject to change as I do use this car as a daily driver! I will drive it as least as possible during this auction period.***
***I do have this car listed locally, therefore I can end this auction at any time***

Carmakers, NHTSA to unveil auto-emergency braking agreement tomorrow
Wed, Mar 16 2016Happy St. Patrick's Day Eve. Tomorrow, there will be green beer, corned beef and cabbage, and automatic emergency braking for all. Weird combo, we know. But on St. Patty's we can expect an official announcement from a pact of automakers making auto-braking systems standard equipment by 2022. That's per a report from Reuters, which cites three sources familiar with the plans. Originally announced in September 2015 by 10 automakers and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the agreement is expected to be even larger when the details are unveiled tomorrow. According to Reuters, the manufacturers of 99 percent of the US domestic market's vehicles will be represented by the new agreement. It's believed that standard AEB systems could prevent thousands of accidents across the country. Expect more on the official announcement when it's made. Related Video:
Santa swaps his sleigh for a Ferrari-powered Toyota
Fri, Dec 23 2016A Ferrari-powered Toyota 86 is sure to garner a bit of attention, as well it should. We've been paying attention throughout this build, so it should be no surprise then that Santa did as well. He's ditched his red sleigh for the Gumout GT4586 in this video. If you've been following along, you know that Ryan Tuerck and Gumout built this completely bonkers machine that's far more exciting than some previous Japanese/Italian mash-up automobiles. Donut Media has been doing their part to document and promote every stage of the process. This new video is filled with the gratuitous amounts of lights, noise, and tire smoke that Donut is known for. We don't know the conversion from horsepower to reindeerpower, but the GT4586 should provide plenty of oomph for Santa's Christmas trek. Toyota, Lexus will offer low-cost automated braking system
Mon, Mar 30 2015First, a technology gets better, then it gets a lot better, then it gets less expensive, then it gets a lot less expensive. Advanced driver safety and convenience systems are about to make that last step thanks to Toyota. Centered around a pre-collision braking system, there will be three suites of driver aids known as Toyota Safety Sense C (TSS C) for compact cars, Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS P) for midsized and premium cars, and Lexus Safety System+ (LSS+) for the luxury brand. TSS C pairs a camera with laser radar to provide a pre-collision system that prompts the driver to brake if it detects an impending accident, and can supply additional braking force and automatically brake between seven and fifty miles per hour. There are also Lane Departure Alert and Automatic High Beam. TSS P pairs a camera with more precise millimeter-wave radar. Starting with the three functions in TSS C, it adds pedestrian pre-collision capability and adaptive cruise control. This one will be available first, coming on the new RAV4 Hybrid and Avalon. TSS - either C or P - will expand to three more vehicles by the end of the year. The wallop is in the price: TSS C will be a $300 option, TSS P will cost $500. Compare the Ford Fusion SE, for instance - it's Driver Assistance Package comes with Lane Departure Warning, Automatic High Beams, it has Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot and Cross Traffic Detection that neither TSS has, but doesn't have any autonomous braking feature. It costs $1,200, but requires you to add the Technology and Luxury Packages for a total price of $3,165. If you want Autonomous Cruise Control, that's another $995, for $4,160 in total. Instead of $300 or $500 on the Toyota. Lexus' LSS+ will come first on the new RX then spread to four more models by the end of this year, and cost between $500 and $635 to add as an option. It also uses a camera and millimeter-wave radar for its vehicle and pedestrian pre-collision system, lane departure warning and lane keep assist, automatic high beam, and auto cruise control. The similar package on a BMW X5, with no pedestrian component, is $1,200. Toyota says both safety suites will eventually be on "nearly all" of it products and all trim levels by the end of 2017.
