This is a running car in decent condition, fun to drive and ready to go. It's less than perfect; the whole package is slightly tired, with a couple of missing plastic lenses, worn places on the upholstery, and a paint job that looks good from a slight distance. But it can be driven comfortably as it is.

It has a fresh set of brake pads and shoes (carries both on the rear wheels, for parking brake), new battery and a fresh, complete tune-up (starts instantly and runs nicely). Power-steering hydraulics were completely replaced in the recent past. The sound system (AM/FM/CD) is new.

Seller is the original owner. The car was purchased in California and has made its way across the country to Virginia and, now, Florida. Has been kept under cover for most of its life. Convertible top (power) is in decent condition, with no apparent leaks of consequence.

Has a couple of minor rust spots as shown in the photos (and those are the only ones apparent), but nothing more than cosmetic damage. Speedometer has a ratio disagreement with the transmission, so it reads fast by about 15 percent.

Otherwise, it's ready to be enjoyed and worked on at the new owner's leisure.

2014 Toyota Tundra Platinum 4x4

The Toyota Tundra is the automotive version of off-brand Cheerios: it doesn't dominate the market, and it's not the first model people think of when they hear the term "pickup truck."
Ford, General Motors and Ram dominate the segment with vehicles that offer ridiculous levels of towing and payload capacities and models loaded with luxury items and primed with tech-rich engines. The off-brands, meanwhile, are led by the Tundra, which while still accounting for six-figure sales (112,732 units in 2013, up from 101,621 in 2012), sits well behind the F-150s and Silverados of the world. After our first drive of the revamped 2014 Tundra, we came away thinking this truck is a total underachiever, aimed at placating Toyota loyalists and doing little to win over new customers.
But everybody deserves a second chance, and we thought a week's drive in a different environment might lead to a different - or at least a more fully realized - opinion. While the Tundra might not be an industry leader, it still makes it on many truck buyers' shopping lists. So, should you consider this off-brand pickup truck? 4th-gen Toyota Prius production delayed by 6 months

If you were holding off buying a new car in anticipation of the fourth-generation Toyota Prius arriving in 2015, your wait might be a little longer. Company insiders are claiming that production of the bestselling hybrid is being pushed back from spring to possibly as late as December 2015. Toyota is reportedly still making alterations to make sure everything is just right before it unleashes the all-important, efficient hatch on a waiting public.
According to unnamed sources speaking to Automotive News Europe, the main reasons for the delay aren't completely known. It's believed the engineers are still working on making the hybrid powertrain more efficient and improving the new Toyota Global Architecture modular platform. The insiders claim that the final production prototype of the Prius is still under development, and it might be November before it's finalized. From there, it usually takes around 12 months to tool up and for the first car to roll off the assembly line. It would be another year after that before the plug-in variant starts assembly. The national manager of Toyota Product Communications, Michael Kroll, told AutoblogGreen, "As you might expect, we can't comment on future product plans."
Despite the delay, some potential details have already emerged about the new hybrid. A company spokesperson recently told Autoblog via email that Toyota is engineering the next-gen Prius to have smaller, more power-dense electric motors and greater thermal efficiency. The new modular platform is also rumored reduce weight, and the changes could lead to a targeted 10 percent improvement in fuel economy.
