We sell our vehicles as pre-owned AS-IS unless otherwise stated in our auctions. We do our best to describe the condition as we see it. Just a reminder..... Pre Owned Vehicles will not be perfect and there will most likely be some small scratches, a minor ding and possible a minor scuff mark. Any blemishes we find will have a picture below. There are moments where the blemish is so small or minor that they are not able to be seen in the photos. Our condition report at times may seem rather lengthy, but we want to give you an accurate description of this vehicles condition. These reports are what keep our customers happy and comfortable. We are a "Full- Service" dealership and repair or service just about anything on site. We price our vehicles considering all flaws. If there is something you notice you would like added (i.e.: tinted windows, rear entertainment system, spoiler, etc.) or repaired (i.e.: scratches, dings, dents, cracked windshield, leather repair, etc.) call me and I can get a quote on the cost to add or repair just about anything. Minor dings, scratches, etc. are usually inexpensive to repair and make a world of difference in the overall look of most vehicles. Have it repaired before you have the vehicle shipped or picked up.

Successful Bidder

The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales.

Winning bidder must contact me within 36 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), cashier’s check or money order only within 3 days of auctions end. You may also call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Seller ships ONLY to the 48 states unless arrangements are agreed on prior to the end of the auction. Pick up at your convenience.

Notice to Bidders

Serious bidders only! When you bid and win an auction on eBay you have entered into a legally binding contract. If you can't pay or don't intend to pay or abide by the terms of the auction, PLEASE...DO NOT BID!

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Westside Lexus has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Westside Lexus welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Fees and Taxes
