315/75/16 (33 inch) Hankook ATM oversized tires
Automatic transmission w/ overdrive out of an '03 Tundra
Limited slip diffs
Cold AC

Cruise control
4high and 4low
Cargo lamp
Fog lights
60/40 bench seat with foldable middle back rest
Roomy back seats with underseat storage
Rear sliding window
Tow package SR5
Bilstein offroad shocks
I believe it has aftermarket exhaust installed
Aftermarket wheels with locking bolts
Power steering
Power windows
Power locks
Locking gas tank door
Openable rear windows
Tilt steering wheel

What I have done to the truck is included below:

Replaced stock transmission with an '03 Tundra transmission, I've only put 4,000 miles on or so
Installed an aftermarket transmission cooler(stock one is still installed as well)
Installed D-rings in the bed of the truck
Replaced all the spark plugs and the coil packs on cylinder numbers 2 and 4 I believe around the same time as the transmission swap(4,000/5,000 miles ago)
Full synthetic oil changes every 5-7k miles with high performance Honda filters.
Had two other spare keys made (total of 3 keys)
Tow hitch with 11 inch drop is included

This truck has a LOT of life left in it and I hate to sell it. It is my daily driver. I know guys with the same model truck who easily have over 400,000 miles on it. I have driven it to Denver and back several times. The all-season Hankook tires easily have one more season left if not two. I have the carfax from all the previous owners and can tell you a lot about this truck. Have all receipts as well. Does great in the snow. Passes emissions with flying colors.

Tesla expects another higher-volume deal with Toyota in next few years

Tue, 09 Sep 2014

Four months have passed since Toyota ended its relationship with Tesla Motors, in which the electric-vehicle specialist supplied full lithium-ion battery packs to the Japanese behemoth for its RAV4 EV rollout, of which 2,500 vehicles will be completed. Now, Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk has been heard suggesting that a future collaboration is likely within the next two to three years, and that it will probably be much larger than the last one.
Both Tesla and Toyota have sung each other's praises in the not-too-distant past, Toyota telling Autoblog back in May, "We have a good relationship with Tesla and will evaluate the feasibility of working together on future projects." According to Automotive News, Musk said of the Japanese giant, "We love working with Toyota... We have a huge amount of respect for them as a company and certainly much to learn."
Interestingly, though, the two automakers have rather divergent strategies for eco-friendly automobiles. Toyota, as you're surely aware, is the clear-cut leader in hybrids and has thrown its massive support in the direction of hydrogen fuel cells, while Tesla has invested heavily in battery-electric technology and high-speed charging stations.

MotorWeek remembers retro icons, Supra and NSX

Thu, 16 Oct 2014

It's easy to poke a joke here and there about John Davis, the long-time host of MotorWeek. His voice is so monotonous that, from time to time, if you closed your eyes, you may think it's generated via a computer. But you have to give him and the rest of the show a lot of credit. The program has been on the air for decades, giving people direct, straight-down-the middle automotive reviews.
MotorWeek's massive back catalog of reviews are slowly making their way onto YouTube, and they provide a fascinating chance to look back on how performance cars rank against their contemporaries from back in the day. Two recent additions include the show's old looks at the 1986 Toyota Supra, the dawn of the third-generation model, and the now-iconic 1991 Acura NSX.
Both reviews are interesting in their own way. These days you hear nary a negative word about the original NSX, but MotorWeek isn't afraid to point out a few flaws. And the Supra really shows the progress of suspension tuning in the intervening decades because it has some serious body roll in the corners. Scroll down to check out both videos and get a blast from the automotive past.

Toyota gives a free RAV4 to 50-millionth customer [w/video]

Thu, 29 Aug 2013

Not surprisingly, the 50-millionth Toyota product sold in the US was a Camry, but Toyota had a big surprise in store for Michael Dee, the buyer of said milestone vehicle. Toyota group vice president Bill Fay showed up at Dee's house to not only personally thank him for the purchase, but also completely paid off that brand new Camry, presenting the owner with a clear title.
But that wasn't all. As you can tell from the image above, Fay had one more trick up his sleeve. The group VP brought along a brand new 2013 Toyota RAV4, which was also presented to Dee in appreciation. The best part is that Dee's genuine amazement was all caught on video, which is posted below.
