Up for sale is my 2005 Toyota Tundra pick up truck. I have owned it since Feb 2012.

I miss driving a car so time to sell my truck and go back, I used the truck as my daily driver,

not a work truck just some runs to home depot, surfing and stuff like that, not abused.

I replaced all 4 shocks /struts with a bilstiens and had it aligned about a year ago, rides very nice and is level.

The radio and speakers have been replaced, it also has the tow package, new battery 2 months ago.

I just had both catalytic converters and oxygen sensors replaced at Toyota (have receipt, cost was $4300)

The engine is bone stock, the 2005 has the most powerful V8 of the 1st generation tundras 282hp (325lbstq).

The paint and interior are in very nice condition.

The truck is really clean, I'm very picky about my cars so it took a while to find one like this, once again it runs perfect

only reason I'm selling is to get back into a car because I love to drive and not just commute.

I have a clear CA title in my name in hand, paid off with no liens, registered until Feb 2014

If you've ever looked at a car with nearly 1,000 horsepower and wondered why anyone needs that amount of thrust, you may want to take a look at the video below. In it, one gentleman details his descent into Toyota Supra madness, starting with a pristine factory example and stumbling down the rabbit hole of modification. What makes this particular clip interesting is just how honest the owner is as he explains the evolution of his car. He doesn't just prattle off a list of parts like he's reading the menu at an IHOP.
Instead, he painstakingly pulls us through the car's growth, detailing each iteration and what pushed him to the next stage of the build every time. From this point of view, it looks less like someone walked into a shop and lit a massive stack of $100 bills on fire and more like a quasi-logical progression of events. Or at least it does to me. You can check out the build in the video below, complete with plenty of Fast and the Furious references and racing. Win, win, win.

Auto execs surveyed say VW, BMW most likely to grow

A new survey of top global automotive executives indicates both Volkswagen and BMW are the most likely to grow their market share over the next five years.
Tax advisory firm KPMG LLP has released its 14th annual Global Automotive Executive Survey, which includes responses from over 200 executives. A total of 81 percent of respondents said they expect to see Volkswagen make gains, compared to 70 percent last year. BMW, meanwhile, saw 70 percent of those surveyed say they believe the company will increase its market share. That's a jump of 7 percentage points over last year. This is the first time in the history of the survey that BMW has claimed the second-place spot.
Meanwhile, Hyundai has seen its perceived market share potential slacken for the third year in a row. Around 61 percent of those surveyed predicted gains for Hyundai, down from 63 in 2012. Toyota also has a surprising year, but for just the opposite reason. While the manufacturer had slipped in ranking since 2011, it enjoyed the largest increase of any company in the 2013 survey, jumping to 68 percent from 44 percent last year.
