2011 TOYOTA TACOMA 4X4 pickup:
This is one awesome jet black truck. It has a little over 93,000 well maintained HIGHWAY miles. It has always run absolutely perfect and still does. I expect it would last many many more years knowing Toyotas reputation. This truck has a back-up camera, a matching topper that the windows open ( and lock) on all three sides which I've found to be extremely handy. This truck has the longer of the two beds Toyota offers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this except for one very small almost unnoticeable car door ding on the lower part of the rear door of the drivers side. New tires that have been siped for better traction, tires run cooler and last longer. It has also been profesionally undercoated. The rear window and front topper windows both open. This truck has many cup and pop holders along with lots of small storage areas. It's one swell looking and running truck. VERY WELL CARED FOR.
High bidder lines up and pays all shipping / trucking freight charges from 49930 and I'll help load it in any way I can. You are also welcome to come and pick it up any time, we're a beautiful 5 hour drive north west of the Macinaw Bridge.
The only reason I'm selling this is because I can use the $$ on the new house I'm building. Bummer for me as I do indeed LOVE this little truck. It's beatiful and extremely trustworthy. My wife and I have made many trips out of state to see the grandkids etc.
I'm always happy to answer any questions quickly and honestly.
Thanks for looking and even more thanks for bidding.

Toyota Tundra ditches V6 for 2015
Fri, 12 Sep 2014The Toyota Tundra debuted in new-ish form for the 2014 model year, but as we head into 2015, the truck boasts a couple of small updates. Most notably, the base V6 engine has been discontinued. On top of that, there's the new TRD Pro model on offer for 2015, which we've told you about before.
Why kill the V6? Simple - it was very low-volume. "The Tundra V6 take rate was significantly less than five percent," a Toyota spokesperson confirmed via email to Autoblog. So for 2015, the two V8 engine options remain - a 4.6-liter unit with 310 horsepower and 327 pound-feet of torque, or the more powerful 5.7-liter powerplant with 381 hp and 401 lb-ft. Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive is standard. Four-wheel drive, of course, is available with either engine.
The only other noteworthy changes for 2015 include an optional integrated trailer brake for the 5.7-liter models, a new rear under-seat tray storage system for Double Cab trucks, and a spray-in bed-liner. Scroll down for the official press blast.
Toyota TRD Pro lineup coming next week
Thu, 30 Jan 2014A mysterious Toyota commercial recently popped up on YouTube teasing a new TRD Pro lineup for the Tundra, Tacoma and 4Runner, and now we're getting our first official word straight from the automaker on the matter. Courtesy of its Facebook page, Toyota is promising that the TRD Pro models will be introduced on February 6th, ready to "conquer the great outdoors."
This date just so happens to mark the first day of the always-truck-friendly Chicago Auto Show, so while Toyota isn't saying as much, we're almost certain the trucks will show up next week in the Windy City. It's not clear what sort of upgrades TRD Pro brings, but it definitely includes black wheels and a tweaked front end featuring a thick, single-bar grille and bold lettering in place of the stylized Toyota logo (shown above on the Tundra).
Scroll down to see the video, and head over to Toyota's Facebook page to see a teaser image of the 4Runner TRD Pro.
