This is my 1997 Toyota Tacoma, I've owned it for alittle over a year, absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with truck period, no leaks NOTHING!  List of the following has been done since I've owned it with receipts:

New front bumper

New Valance

New Grill

New 20" verde wheels and tires

New rotors on front, new breaks

New drums, shoes and break boosters

New Shocks all the way around

All new belts

Full Tune up

New slave cylinder

New master cylinder

New valve cover gasket and spark seals

New fuel filter

New Sony CD player

New tag lights

New tail lights

New tailgate and tailgate straps (painted 2 months ago)

Radiator flush and thermostat

Painted before I bought it by macco

Tool box with matching key

Tinted windows (1 month old) With receipt also

The truck runs fantastic, would drive it anywhere, A/C is ice cold, heat, p/s etc... all work No check engine light.

NOW THE BAD:

Has Several dings and small dents.  And a small tear on the drivers side seat from getting in and out.  The truck apparently has been in a fender bender before I bought it,  on the front but no fame damage that I seen, Put new parts on the front just because they bumper had a baseball size dent and the valance was cracked. Tailgate also was replaced because it was cheaper to replace then repair because of multiple small dings and dents.

Have 2800 in receipts that will go with the truck if you want.

Have a clear SC Title in hand.  CASH ONLY, NO CHECKS!! NO PAYAL FOR FULL PAYMENT.  JUST DEPOSIT ONLY OF 250 WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN AUCTION ENDS.   NO SHIPPING UNLESS YOU LINE IT UP WITH ME BEFORE BIDDING!  UNITED STATES ONLY.

I have 6400 invested in the truck so bid accordingly, not going to give it away, I know what I have.  Super low mileage tacoma in pretty Damn good shape!  Bid with confidence.  You can come by and take a look before bidding if you would like. Cell number is 704-634-8120 if interested.  Happy Bidding

Question of the Day: Ever consider driving a minivan?

Thu, May 12 2016

Since I'm supposed to know something about cars, it happens all the time: friends and relatives ask me advice about what kind of vehicle they should get. Very often, the only type of vehicle that can check every item on their wish list (e.g., hauls lots of people and stuff, gets good fuel economy, has great crash-test ratings, can take four Great Danes camping, and so on) is a modern minivan... and, of course, nobody wants to hear this. I'm not a minivan person, they will wail, and so they end up with a cramped, fuel-swilling SUV or a not-so-space-efficient minivan-in-disguise CUV. So, is it worth becoming one of those minivan people in order to get the incredible usefulness of these masterpieces of vehicle engineering, or do you hold your head high and drive something that doesn't quite meet your needs? Airbag recall widens to include BMW, Chrysler, Ford and Toyota

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

The recall of faulty airbag inflators supplied by Takata has exploded today to grow to seven automakers. In most cases, only models in certain high-humidity regions were affected because the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found in its investigation that moisture played a roll in determining whether there would be a problem. However, some companies opted for national campaigns. The exact number of affected models for these campaigns isn't yet known at this time.
BMW is recalling an undisclosed number of 325i, 325Xi, 330i and 330Xi models from the 2001 through 2005 model years and the 2001-2006 model year versions of the 325Ci and 330Ci for the driver side and passenger side inflators. Only vehicles currently registered in Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands are covered under this recall.
Neither Chrysler's filing with NHTSA nor its press release list the specific models affected, but a company spokesperson told Autoblog that at this time it only covers the driver and passenger side inflators for the 2006 Dodge Charger in Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands
