  Exterior
The exterior of this Toyota is in good overall shape.  The body looks straight and the paint is shiny and bright and looks good overall, but it does show some dings, scratches, etc. The tires are a match set with ok tread. There are no cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear, rock chips, etc. It has the typical  scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are consistent with age and use on a 2002 pick-up, but it still has an overall nice look. Please look over our many pictures and give us a call if you have any questions or would like us to do a walk around. We take over 80 pictures of each vehicle.
  Interior
The interior of this Tacoma is in overall good shape. The upholstery looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and there.  The carpets are in good shape overall, but do show some blems. The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look to it.  The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc. that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care of. Please take the time to look through our many pictures and call us with any questions.
   Mechanics
This inline 4 starts right up and idles fine and has good power and acceleration and drives straight down the road. It has a good solid feel to it.  Brakes feel good.  We’ve inspected, serviced and detailed it and it’s ready to drive  wherever you need.

We don't have sales people on our ebay listings,  so we don't have the typical 30% to 40% costs/markup associated with such, and we don't have huge markups, but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.

Any vehicle that we list on ebay or our website, or have for sale on our lot, we would get in and drive across country without hesitation.

 - specifically -

BEFORE  you " Make an Offer" or hit the " Buy it Now " button.

We do our very best to inspect the vehicles and make sure that everything is in safe and operating condition. Our policy is that we wouldn't put a vehicle up for sale if we personally wouldn't drive across country in it. Each vehicle is gone through before they are offered for sale. We are not selling brand new vehicles, but try very hard to ensure you're getting a great value. We also change the oil and filter before it's sold.   * * * * All vehicles are sold As - IS * * * *

Delivery/Shipping

You have two major options for delivery.  You can either have it shipped, which we can help arrange, or you can pick up the vehicle here at our location. We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup, as long as you fly in during our business hours. The airport is about 35 minutes from our store, and is about a $100 taxi fare.

We provide a 60 day temporary permit for every vehicle. This is like a 2-month license plate.

We regularly use a shipping company called Diamond Express Transportation. We have shipped several hundred vehicles with them without a single problem over the last 8 years.  Feel free to call  Shawn or Joe  @ 719.593.7770. Most quotes are between $450 to $900 depending on the size of the vehicle and the distance. We'd be happy to get you a quote by calling us at 720.346.4004, or you can contact them directly - just let them know you are our customer so that you get our pricing.

Financing

Please call us if you have any questions regarding financing options.  We only have one bank that will finance out of state, but prefer you use your own bank or Credit Union.

If you are financing a vehicle with your bank, we are happy to email or fax you or your bank a Buyers Order / Purchase Order.

* * PLEASE NOTE * *

We do not use or accept Road Loans.

Dealer Disclosure

We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be.    It is your responsibility to examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement, and to call with any questions or concerns,  BEFORE  you  Make an Offer  OR   hit the Buy It Now.     If you want to have an inspection done on the vehicle, you need to do it BEFORE you make an offer or hit the Buy It Now.

We are one of the few eBay sellers that provide you with 70 - 100+  close-up pictures of each vehicle - we obviously are not trying to hide anything. In fact, we are always told that the vehicle looks even better in person.

We have a Dealer Transfer fee of $249.00.  If you are out of state, we do not collect taxes.  For Colorado residents, we have to collect State tax, and any other applicable taxes, costs, etc.

If you are having the vehicle shipped to you, we cannot release it for shipping until we have all the State forms/Dealer forms signed and returned, and the vehicle is paid in full.

Auto Warehouse Sales and Service, LLC  reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle.  Auto Warehouse Sales and Service, LLC  also reserves the right to end the listing early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the listing. Feel free to call with any questions.

It is our experience and our volume, and the fact that we don't have sales people on our ebay listings  -  that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses, on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for" is constant in both the real world and the car business.

All vehicles are sold "AS - IS" unless otherwise specified.

2018 Ford Expedition vs other big SUVs: How it compares on paper

Fri, Nov 10 2017

With our Alex Kierstein rightly impressed in his first-drive review of the new 2018 Ford Expedition, we decided to dig a little deeper into the numbers, and we came up with the spreadsheet below to highlight how the new 2018 Expedition compares on paper to its main full-size SUV competitors: the 2018 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban (and therefore the 2018 GMC Yukon), 2018 Toyota Sequoia and 2018 Nissan Armada. We also threw in the new, even bigger 2018 Chevrolet Traverse since, as you'll see, its massive dimensions should put it on the radar for anyone who needs loads of passenger and cargo space but doesn't care as much about towing. A few notes about the chart above. First, the 6.2-liter V8 that's included with the new-for-2018 Tahoe RST trim level is the standard engine on the GMC Yukon Denali. You can apply most of the Tahoe's numbers to the entire Yukon and Yukon XL lineup. Second, though we highlighted categories where the Traverse led, we also highlighted the runner-up full-size SUV, since this was ultimately about that segment. Traverse numbers are broadly applicable to the new Buick Enclave. Everybody's doing flying cars, so why aren't we soaring over traffic already?

Mon, Oct 1 2018

"Where's my flying car?" has been the meme for impending technology that never materializes since before there were memes. And the trough of disillusionment for vehicles that can take to sky continues to nosedive, despite a nonstop fascination with flying cars and a recent rash of announcements about the technology, particularly from traditional automakers. Earlier this month, Toyota applied for an eye-popping patent for a flying car that has wheels with spring-loaded pop-out helicopter rotors. The patent filing says the wheels/rotors would be electrically powered, while in on-land mode the vehicle would have differential steering like tracked vehicles such as tanks and bulldozers. At an airshow in July, Aston Martin unveiled its Volante Vision Concept, an autonomous hybrid-electric vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) vehicle it developed with Rolls-Royce. Aston says the Volante can fly at top speeds of around 200 mph and bills it as a luxury car for the skies. Audi used the Geneva Motor Show in March to unveil a flying car concept called the Pop.Up Next it developed with Airbus and Italdesign. If the Pop.Up Next, an electric and autonomous quadcopter/city car combo, gets stuck in traffic, an app can be used to summon an Airbus-developed drone to pick up the passenger compartment pod, leaving the chassis behind. Audi said that the Pop.Up Next is a "flexible on-demand concept that could open up mobility in the third dimension to people in cities." But Audi also acknowledged that at this point it has no plans to develop it. The cash-stoked, skies-the-limit Silicon Valley tech crowd is also bullish on flying cars. The startup Kitty Hawk that's backed by Google co-founder Larry Page announced in June that it's taking pre-orders for its single-seat electric Flyer that's powered by 10 propellers and is capable of vertical takeoffs and landings. The current version can only fly up to 20 mph and 10 feet in the air and has a flight time of just 12 to 20 minutes on a full charge. The Flyer is considered a recreational vehicle, so doesn't require a pilot's license. Uber says it plans to launch its more ambitious Elevate program and UberAIR service in 2023. "Uber customers will be able to push a button and get a flight on-demand with uberAIR in Dallas, Los Angeles and a third international market," Uber Elevate promises on its website.

2017 Toyota 86 Drivers' Notes | Fun, even with an automatic

Fri, Aug 25 2017

The Toyota 86 is a car that enthusiasts begged Toyota to build for decades. It's small, lightweight and rear-wheel drive. Thanks to a partnership with Subaru that resulted in the BRZ, this stylish coupe hit the streets in 2012. In the U.S., the car was originally known as the Scion FR-S but was rebadged as a Toyota after Scion was axed last year. Along with a new name, the 86 received updated styling both inside and out as well as a revised suspension and a slight bump in power, at least for the manual models. This Hot Lava-colored car doesn't feature Toyota's slick six-speed manual. Instead it rocks a six-speed automatic with paddle shifters. While some enthusiasts may look down at that, automatics make up more than half of 86 sales. Still, the bones are there, and some people don't think the automatic is all that bad. Either way, we can't encourage enough people to buy these cars, as we want Toyota and Subaru to keep building them. Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder: When I first slid behind the wheel of the 86, I was surprised to see the gear selector and paddles. It's one of those cars that you don't think of as having anything but a manual transmission. Also, in an interior where all the controls and displays are underwhelming, a set of paddle shifters stands out as one of the few tactile objects in the cabin. I ended up using the paddles quite a bit, and found that I actually enjoyed using them, so much so that I'd actually consider opting for the automatic transmission were I to buy an 86. Despite shifts that aren't as razor sharp as they could be, the car's high-revving engine means that it still feels great to use. Riding an engine like this up to its redline, filling the cabin with noise, is the sort of thing that'll give you goosebumps. Being able to keep both hands on the wheel while shifting is a good thing for engagement in this car, based on my time with it. Plus, when I got stuck in traffic, I didn't have to wear out my left leg. The other brilliant thing about the Toyota 86 is its sense of balance. I loved the way it communicated its load distribution when cornering, whether on or off the throttle or brake. The fact that the nose of this car snaps right to where you want it when you start dialing in steering angle is satisfying. And its low stance and good view out the windshield make it really easy to place on the road.
