1990 Toyota Supra Turbo Hatchback 2-door 3.0l 7m-gte on 2040-cars
Jackson, New Jersey, United States
1990 Toyota Supra Turbo 3.0L 7M-GTE. This is the only year with the counter-balancing of cylinders 2 and 5. Garage kept for most of its life, I'm the second owner. I'm only selling it because my girlfriend says I have way too many cars. I love this car and its very fast and fun to drive. New staggard racing tires 255 wide in rear and black Menzari rims. Also included are the original rims with new tires on them as well. If your good at driving manual come by for a test drive, you'd be very impressed with how smooth of a ride it is and how flawlessly it idles without a rumble or shake. Just tuned up, new belts, spark plugs, air filter, brake pads, radiator + hoses, and battery. Usual small scratches on paint but only noticeable when pointed out in a couple spots. Everything works the way its supposed to, honestly the only thing wrong is that it has a slow leak of oil, about 1 quart per 5-weeks is added to keep it level, not a big deal at all so I don't worry about it. Car is COMPLETLY STOCK (no aftermarket parts) aside for the new rims. ALSO I have the complete Mechanic's Handbook for the car (its the side of a phonebook!) for anyone looking to rebuild absolutely anything on the car.

2014 Toyota Corolla coming Thursday, now with LED headlamps
Tue, 04 Jun 2013Here's what we know about the redesigned 2014 Toyota Corolla: It will have "aggressive new styling" with "available seventeen-inch alloy wheels" an "available touch screen audio" system and "available LED headlights."
We know all of this because Toyota has seen fit to release a small assortment of teaser images of the 2014 Corolla, with those descriptions attached. The latest to hit the web shows LED lighting clusters, which, to Toyota's credit, don't appear to merely mimic designs already seen in the automotive world.
We should point out that the headlights do share a link to the units seen on the Furia Concept that was supposed to foreshadow the next Corolla, though the most interesting bits - namely the honeycomb inner pattern - have been chucked while the somewhat trapezoidal main units remain intact.
Toyota Auris Touring Sports is a handsome Prius V alternative [w/videos]
Wed, 06 Mar 2013The Toyota Prius V has a lot to recommend it, but adventurous and sporty styling is not in its repertoire. That's why this new Auris Touring Sports has our attention. Claimed to be the "first full hybrid estate car" in the compact class, this two-box Auris has genuine visual panache to go with its load-lugging capability and parsimonious fuel economy. In the metal, we think its v-shaped grille and headlamp treatment acquits itself better than it does on the new RAV4, a model that shares its new design language.
Built by Toyota UK, the Auris Touring Sports hybrid is powered by a familiar-sounding 1.8-liter gas engine paired with an electric motor, with total system output quoted at 134 horsepower. The model will also be available in a variety of gas or diesel trims if you prefer your vehicle sans electrification (a non-hybrid model is shown). It goes on sale later this year in Europe, but don't hold your breath to see one in North America. Still interested? Scroll below to see a couple of videos and to read the official press release.
Aging Prius, dropping gas prices putting hurt on hybrid, EV sales
Fri, 24 Oct 2014
"As Prius represents by far the biggest chunk of the hybrid marketplace, where Prius goes, the segment goes," - Ed Kim, Autopacific
Fuel prices in the US have been tumbling for the last several weeks, with the average price of a gallon of gas at $3.120 as of October 20, according to the US Energy Information Administration. That price reflects a serious recent drop from $3.299 on October 6. Reports have even suggested that those low numbers might not change for a little while, perhaps as long as years. While drivers certainly love paying less at the pump, the change may be hurting the market for more fuel-efficient models, including the Toyota Prius.
