WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEAN?

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:
Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, the Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future.

Does that mean the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it.
We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage. Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road.

It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work. Attention: this car has Michigan salvage rebuilt title. This car passed Michigan salvage highway patrol inspection. There will be no issues with transferring the title or getting a license plate in any state in the US. You won't have to pass any inspections in your state, everything is done in Michigan! The title is ready to be transferred to customers name in any state in the US.

FEES AND DEPOSIT
The buyer must make a deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the end of the auction. The deposit is not refundable. The rest transaction must be completed before the final title transfer. Through Paypal I accept the deposit only, the rest of the amount must be paid in the form of an official: loan check, money order or cash within 4 business days after the end of the auction.

The processing fee is $190 regardless of the state of residence. It is mandatory and non-negotiable. Processing fee covers administrative expenses affiliated with the auction that includes all the paper work, title fees, temporary license plate and next day Unites States Postal Service. This fee is not negotiable. The Processing fee is not a part of final bid amount. If you live in another state and you want to pick up your vehicle and drive it home, you are more than welcome to do so. We can arrange airport pickup. Toyota celebrates 30 years of 4Runner with... incentives?

Many Americans view their 30th birthdays as significant milestones, even though the average life expectancy here is more than 2.5 times that age. So you might think Toyota would be keen to party over the 30th anniversary of its 4Runner, since most models don't even live to half that age. You can put that idea away unless you consider discounts of $500 to $1,000 something worthy of cake and kazoos, since it appears that's all the birthday SUV will get. That's right, not even a trim-and-tape special edition or so much as a sticker. We asked Toyota for comment and were told they had "No other 30th anniversary 4Runner items to announce at the time."
So, about those incentives: they climb from $500 on the SR5 and Trail editions to $750 on Premium models and $1,000 on the Limited trims. Toyota says they're available at dealerships now and will last for the entire year. There's a press release below with a little more background, and there's a sad violin playing somewhere in the distance.

China sticking to its guns on EVs for the future

Automakers are obviously free to develop whatever next-gen, zero-emissions tech that they want. However, if a company wants to get on the good side of the Chinese government, that strategy better include some plug-in vehicles. The authorities there are lending major support to plug-ins at the moment, and its forcing the auto industry to play along. According to Bloomberg, Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai, and BMW are all launching dedicated EV brands with their joint venture partners, and as many as 40 electric models could hit the Chinese market this year alone. However, analysts don't think the vehicles are going to sell well. Instead, the launches are essentially a way for companies to play nice with the government and help get the approval to build factories in the country. Take Toyota as an example. The company is pushing the future of hydrogen hard with promotional films for the Mirai and engineers talking down fast-charging EVs. Still, the Japanese automaker is getting ready to launch two EV brands in China with its joint venture partners, according to Bloomberg. China's push for alternative fuels has been happening for a while, but it really kicked into high gear last year. The government has set a goal to improve fleet-wide economy by 40 percent by the end of the decade in order to spend less importing oil and for the population's health. The plan has shown some success so far with hybrid and EV sales growing early in 2015. LA Design Challenge invokes biology for 2025 concepts [w/poll]

Participants in the annual LA Design Challenge always manage to come up with edgy, wacky designs for future vehicles, but with a theme of "Biomimicry and Mobility: 2025" this year's crop of cars might be the quirkiest we've ever seen. As usual, automotive designers from around the world participated in this year's competition, and all the designs will all be unveiled next week during the LA Auto Show with a winner being announced on November 21.
Chinese automakers made a strong showing with Qoros, SAIC Motor, JAC Motors (the company responsible for the Ford F-150 clone) and Changfeng all bringing interesting takes on the biology, human intelligence and sustainability theme. One of the more innovative ideas among these automakers is the Qoros Silk Road System allows autonomous vehicles to drive in packs similar to how ants travel. Speaking of ants, the SAIC Motor Mobiliant (shown above) gets its design from the shape of an ant's body, and, like the insect, it can climb building acting as a personal elevator as well. The JAC Motors design also merges vehicle and building design, while the Changfeng LaBrea inspired by the design of muscle fibers.
Other entrants include Subaru and US-based design teams for BMW, Toyota and Mazda. BMW's duo of concepts mimic plant and animal life. The LA Subways concept acts as a submersible, single-person vehicle to take advantage of the LA river, with a shape similar to an Ocean Sunfish. The Sustainable Efficient Exploratory Device (SEED) imitates the shape of a seed pod, and uses propulsion methods inspired by a shark, dragonfly and a water bug. Mazda's Auto Adapt might be the most car-like concept of the bunch, while the Subaru Suba-Roo and the Calty-designed, Toyota e-grus are the most mind-blowingly awesome.
