1993 Toyota Mr2 59k Original Miles-great Shape on 2040-cars
Plano, Texas, United States
Up for sale is my 1993 Toyota MR2 Naturally Aspirated with 59K Miles!!!! If you pull the Car Fax it shows to have a odometer reading of 35k miles in 2001 and then 25k miles on 2005. Not sure why or if this is a goof or what, if you look at the car you would see how clean it is and not even question the miles, but I want to disclose because I found this out while selling the car. I can say this is not a rebuilt, it is original!!!!! I am selling the car mostly bone stock. Took out the sound system and put the original back end, I must have missed a power wire because the speakers are not making sound, should be simple fix. Air bag light pops on and off and cruise control doesnt work but is all there.
The wheels are aftermarket of course, tires are fresh. Car has never been repainted, its original except for one lower air duct panel had a touch up done. Paint is pealing in a couple of areas and rock chips in the front as a car for this age would be. Front shocks are TRD with 1" lowering. New bearings and tie rods just put in the front. Interior is great! Normal wear and tear, but looks clean! Windows are original, has moon roof, everything on this car is pretty much bone stock! Don't really need to sell, but at some point 7 cars is too much so I decided to get rid of a couple. Title is clean, clear and in hand. Registration is up to date, smog was just done and up to date. Car is ready to go! Car Runs and shifts great! Amazing car!! On Mar-18-14 at 19:39:42 PDT, seller added the following information: CAR IS IN RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA NOT TEXAS I CANNOT CHANGE LOCATION FOR SOME REASON, I KNOW SEVERAL TRANSPORT COMPANIES THAT CAN TAKE IT ANYWHERE. GT Academy returns, and why Gran Turismo 6 demands a pedal/wheel setup
Fri, 18 Apr 2014The path to become a racing driver is a difficult one. It requires starting early, with karts, and then building up through the years and if you're really, really good (and really, really lucky), a team will notice you and sign you up. Or, you know, you could just become really good at Gran Turismo, and beat out other like-minded fanatics for a seat in the GT Academy.
The racing school, which culls its students from the ranks of Gran Turismo players has already pumped out successful racers, most notably, Lucas Ordoñez, who has a second and third-place finish under his belt at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. With the 2014 GT Academy kicking off April 21 and running through June 16, you could have a chance to be the next Ordoñez.
That won't be easy, though. We recently had a playthrough on GT6 the proper way - with a racing seat, pedals and a steering wheel, complete with column-mounted paddles. (Our setup looked just like the one you see above, though that image is from E3.) In other words, it was as close to driving an actual car as most console games can get.
2018 Ford Expedition vs other big SUVs: How it compares on paper
Fri, Nov 10 2017With our Alex Kierstein rightly impressed in his first-drive review of the new 2018 Ford Expedition, we decided to dig a little deeper into the numbers, and we came up with the spreadsheet below to highlight how the new 2018 Expedition compares on paper to its main full-size SUV competitors: the 2018 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban (and therefore the 2018 GMC Yukon), 2018 Toyota Sequoia and 2018 Nissan Armada. We also threw in the new, even bigger 2018 Chevrolet Traverse since, as you'll see, its massive dimensions should put it on the radar for anyone who needs loads of passenger and cargo space but doesn't care as much about towing. A few notes about the chart above. First, the 6.2-liter V8 that's included with the new-for-2018 Tahoe RST trim level is the standard engine on the GMC Yukon Denali. You can apply most of the Tahoe's numbers to the entire Yukon and Yukon XL lineup. Second, though we highlighted categories where the Traverse led, we also highlighted the runner-up full-size SUV, since this was ultimately about that segment. Traverse numbers are broadly applicable to the new Buick Enclave. Scion's would-be savior C-HR spied before its Toyota rebadging
Wed, Feb 3 2016Scion is dead, but one of its future products, the C-HR concept, is still in development for launch as a Toyota. Toyota does a thorough job of hiding the C-HR's rakish shape on these test cars, but we can spot the concept's design cues. For example, the pointed nose and narrow headlights are present, and the giant box on the roof can't hide the downward arch for the coupe-like rear. The back doors on these examples look larger than before, which suggests a switch to a traditional five-door body rather than the hidden rear openings on the concept. The change would offer easier access to the backseat and make the C-HR a better competitor in the segment against vehicles like the Honda HR-V, Mazda CX-3, and Jeep Renegade. The C-HR debuted as a boldly styled three-door crossover at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. Toyota later restyled the CUV with a more angular shape and extra doors. We most recently saw the compact crossover with Scion branding at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show. Rumors suggest the production model's debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and it could arrive at dealers in the latter half of 2016. The powertrain lineup likely consists of a four-cylinder engine with a CVT and possibly a hybrid version, too. You'll also get to see the C-HR on the track because Toyota will race the crossover in the 2016 Nurburgring 24 Hours. Related Video:
