This is a custom build Toyota Landcruiser. Titled as a 1988 FJ62, this customer Cruiser is unique, I am unaware of another like it.
-The frame and suspension are from an FJ80
-The front end is from a FJ60
-The firewall back is an FJ62.

After unsuccessfully passing emissions, I ended up having the engine rebuilt 854 miles ago (at 199,346). The exhaust system was completely redone with a custom exhaust and the emissions is back to spec. The transmission was upgraded to a new OEM 5-speed purchased from Cool Cruisers. Comfortably runs 80 mph @3000rpm. AC blows cold. Titled in California and just renewed smog certification last month. This has been a great truck but it is time for a new project. I have all receipts for the above mentioned work.

What to do if the infotainment in your Lexus isn't working
Wed, Jun 8 2016According to Toyota, "errant data from our traffic and weather data service provider" caused the infotainment systems in 2014-2016 Lexus vehicles and the 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser to go into some sort of endless reboot loop. The video above shows what that looks like, in case you're interested. Obviously, it's not good – the malfunction means the audio systems, navigation and climate control systems aren't working properly, and that the hands-free mobile phone function won't work. Apparently, some owners were able to manually fix their cars by disconnecting the battery cables for 10 minutes, which forces the car's computer systems to restart. But Toyota isn't officially suggesting that people take that action. Instead, "Toyota and Lexus owners experiencing these issues should visit their dealer for a complimentary system reset and a confirmation of the system," the automaker said in a statement. It's worth noting that issues with the usability of modern infotainment systems have caused customer satisfaction scores to drop. Lexus, though, has been mostly immune to such complaints, having come in first place in J.D. Power's most recent Vehicle Dependability study. Toyota sells six of 10 of hybrids in California
Wed, 31 Jul 2013In an apparent shot back at Ford's increasing market share of electrified vehicles and claim that it accepts more Prius trade-ins for its own hybrids than any other car, Toyota has flexed a muscle and played the numbers game to put the Blue Oval in its place.
Leaning on its hybrid market dominance in California, the Japanese automaker stated that six out of 10 hybrids sold in the Golden State are Toyota models. And it keeps coming: Year-to-date through May 2013, Toyota sold five times more hybrids than Ford. One of every two hybrids in California is a Prius model. In addition, Toyota notes that it has sold 1.5 million Prius vehicles in the US, 90-percent of which are still on the road today.
