1994 Toyota Land Cruiser Base Sport Utility 4-door 4.5l, Factory Locking Diffs on 2040-cars
Castro Valley, California, United States
Selling this well maintained, 1994 Toyota Landcruiser with the desirable locking front and rear differentials. Bought this for my ex-girlfriend who cannot appreciate when someone is trying to help her out. Her American-Built, Mercedes ML350 needs thousands in repairs. Hell, it is worth less than the repairs. Thought I'd be a nice guy and buy her a reliable rig. WRONG!!! "Why would I want this when I have a Mercedes". Well, wrong attitude to take with me. So, I am left to sell what I bought. It is a two owner Landcruiser. It has been serviced to the "hilt". It has a two inch thick folder with every oil change, every service history and the BEST, the head was resurfaced and the headgasket was just changed 50,000 miles ago. It has traveled a scant, 201,500 Toyota miles. Now, those of you who are in the Toyota knowledge know that this girl, having been serviced like clockwork, will go another 200,000 miles with the proper maintenance. I would keep this girl but I have an AWD wagon that is easier on my dog. hahahahhahahaha. Now, back to the Landcruiser, it runs GREAT. Just took it on a two hour trip and the A/C blows COLD, the transmission shifts smooth and the Landcruiser just runs like a champ. The tires have decent tread, 1/4 inch but I would change them before the rains come. The windows all roll up and down with ease. The sunroof slides back and forth with ease. It tilts fine. The dash is not cracked like most Landcruisers. The composite lights are not hazed. The headliner is clean. The hatch points are clean. The third roll looks like it has NEVER been sat in. The driver seat has a few tears but slides nicely, front and back on both sides. It even has a vintage cell phone connection from 1994. It has the owner's manual and three keys. There is a tow hitch on the back, class 3. It will make an excellent addition to any garage. Selling for NO RESERVE.
With all my auctions, a few requirements. First, NO PAYPAL. Second, any and all bidders with less than 10 feedback, and/or negative feedback, need to contact me PRIOR to bidding with their name and contact number, NO EXCEPTIONS or your bids will be cancelled and your user ID blocked from additional bidding. Third, you are bidding to OWN, not look and make excuses. Once the auction is completed, YOU are the new owner. Any and all inspections welcome during the auction period, not after.
Also, selling in AS-IS, Where-Is condition, with no warranties, expressed or implied. Seller has represented vehicle to the best of his knowledge and makes no representations regarding condition of vehicle that are not known to him at time of sale. Vehicle is also advertised locally and seller reserves right to end auction early if sold outside of ebay. Any and all bidders who cannot wait until auction's end can email seller for a buy it now if they desire. Selling again, for NO RESERVE
. I have posted two videos on the Landcruiser. Please copy and paste to see the videos as ebay no longer allows seller to post links on our ads.

Toyota confirms 2014 Highlander is in a New York state of mind
Wed, 13 Mar 2013Toyota has confirmed that it will be showing off the all-new 2014 Highlander at the New York Auto Show later this month. It's been a while since we've heard about the updated Highlander, but given just how long this thing has been on the market, we certainly hope that the list of changes will be more extensive than the new 2014 Toyota Tundra that debuted in Chicago last month.
Currently, the Highlander is offered in both naturally aspirated and hybrid versions, with front- and all-wheel drive. We don't expect the formula to change too much, since sales of the Japanese CUV are still steady - well in line with newer players in the segment like the Ford Explorer, Nissan Pathfinder and GM's Lambda triplets (Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave).
We'll have the full skinny on the new Highlander in the coming weeks. For now, scroll down to read Toyota's incredibly brief press blast.
Ram takes out frustrations on Camry
Fri, May 29 2015No, not a Ram pickup truck. This is an actual ram, as in a male sheep, headbutting the hell out of a Toyota Camry that made the unfortunate decision to interrupt its battle with a rival member of the flock. Now, before you say, "How dare that Camry harm that cuddly sheep," we'd like to point out just how viciously the two males were fighting before the Toyota butted in. And after smashing the driver's side front fascia, the ram goes right back to attempting to beat down its opponent. All things considered then, we'd call this Ram: 1, Camry: 0.
