2003 Toyota Celica GTS and has a clean title.  i dont want to sell it but need something bigger to get back and fourth to school and room for more passengers.  this vehicle was always garage kept and taken off the road in the winter time.  very rarely did this car see even the rain.  car is sold as is e mail me if you would like more pictures or information or would even like to come see the car.  the gas door just broke offlast week and i have not had a chance to install a new one.  this is a common problem with these cars.  i will include the new one to be installed just purchased it from a local toyota dealer.  the stock stereo will be installed not the aftermarket one shown in the pictures.  the back of the driver seat is slightly torn as seen in the picture that is the only thing wrong with this car.  the car has raceland coilovers installed and have adjustable ride height.  i will also include the stock suspension that was originally in the car.  all fluids were changes at 73,000 miles and the car just got inspected in New York last month.  the oil was changed every three thousand miles religiously.  the headlights come factory HID the bodykit and sopiler are OEM and the TRD exhause was installed at a toyota dealer it is a TRD catback exhaust.  this car gets great gas mileage i got 32 mpg last week in it.  it has a 6 speed manual transmission.  the car is in excellent condition and i really hate to get rid of it but its time to go. good luck bidding.  message or e mail me with any questions trf5@pct.edu.  car is located in Warwick NY.

Dubai claims debut of Toyota GT86 sedan concept

Sun, 03 Nov 2013

Typically, when the organizers of an auto show reveal that a new car will debut at their show, we take notice. But this particular claim from the Dubai International Motor Show ought to be taken with a grain of salt.
As our compatriots at AutoGuide discovered, the Facebook page for the Emirates auto expo includes a post with an interesting claim: that a sedan based on the Toyota GT86 (known in the US as the Scion FR-S) will debut at the show. The Facebook post is accompanied by the image above, purporting to show the concept in question.
The strange part is that the organizers claim the four-door GT86 concept will make its "regional unveil" at the Dubai show, which would seem to indicate that the concept in question would make its international debut at an earlier show. Considering that the doors open in Dubai on Tuesday, that seems increasingly unlikely. All of this begs the question, If this isn't actually a four-door GT86, what might it be?

Toyota Camry, Honda Civic inventories mounting as US automakers make inroads

Thu, 11 Jul 2013

Two of the hottest-selling cars in America aren't quite as hot as they used to be. The Toyota Camry and Honda Civic are both seeing dealer supplies increase in the face of renewed competition from the much-improved Detroit Three.
According to a report from The Detroit News, the Camry's dealer inventory is 15 days higher than its seasonal average, while the Civic is 25 days above average. Things aren't expected to get better for Toyota and Honda, as RBC Capital Markets analyst Joseph Spak marked the two Japanese offerings as "at risk for reduced output."
The Detroit Three, meanwhile, are seeing supplies dwindle as demand increases, especially for the Ford Fusion, which has seen an 18-percent increase in 2013 sales, and the Chevrolet Cruze, which was second only to the Camry in June 2013 sales.
