This is a beautiful vehicle for any driver. Toyota has always been the most popular car in the United States and with good reason. This car is luxurious, comfortable, and has enough power to get you anywhere. This 2009 Toyota Camry only has a little more then 21,000 miles and is pristine condition. It was hit lightly in the rear and suffered only cosmetic damage. I replaced the trunk lid, passenger side taillight, and the rear cover bumper. There was no frame damage and the airbags did not deploy. This vehicle was professionally repaired, repainted necessary parts, and alignment was also done on it(paperwork available). The Camry was just fully service by a professional auto shop and runs like a dream. The Yokohama tires are all fairly new and have approximately 85% tread left. This Irishman really likes the Toyota GT86
Sun, 10 Feb 2013Okay, okay - by this point in time just liking the Toyota GT86 (Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, what have you) doesn't make you special. Even if you're a sort of funny sounding, funny looking Irishman, who probably isn't the most seasoned car reviewer ever, digging the GT86 is not news.
However, if, when you choose to publish your ten-minute-long review, you include exclamatory phrases about your own pubic hair, Ozzy Osborne's drug habit and "gentleman vegetable stuff," well sir, then you'll have our attention.
Don't give up on this video, available down below, after the first couple of minutes, we implore you. The silver-tongued Irishman doesn't really get warmed up until four minutes in, or so. Believe us, it's worth the wait.
US-built Corollas will soon be exported to Latin America, Caribbean
Sun, 29 Sep 2013Toyota has announced plans to export the American-made Corolla south, to 18 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean by 2014. The move follows statements made to The Wall Street Journal by Toyota's South American leader, Steve St. Angelo, that spoke to Toyota's resolve in emerging American markets.
Toyota is expected to begin export production in April, with initial production of 7,500 Corollas in the first year, courtesy of its Tupelo, Mississippi assembly plant. Years of unpredictable swings in the value of the Japanese yen has seen Toyota push its manufacturing operations in other countries, particularly the US, where its builds ten different models.
