For sale is a 2002 Toyota Camry. This is my sons car and he had a small accident and hydroplaned. The car has all highway miles. This car still runs great and gets 30/35 mpg. The driver side has the impact and is cosmetic damage, estimated repairs are about $1500.00. He has decided to sell and purchase a new car. He recently paid over $3000 for the car and since then has installed, breaks, hub bearings, strut mounts, motor mounts, and transmission mounts. It also has a new alternator, and new radiator. Even though there is WRECK Damage to the front driver side, it does not impact the usability of the vehicle. The car comes with a brand new set of headlights that are not installed, that retail for over $250.00. It has the SUNROOF, CD and CASSETTE PLAYER, large trunk space, and EXCELLENT for a quick fixer for a first car or someone that commutes a lot. The Check engine light is on because it needs an O2 Sensor. Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns. The car is in hand, along with the clear title, and there was not an insurance claim paid on this.

Toyota announces two recalls affecting 1M Corolla, Matrix and Lexus IS models
Wed, 30 Jan 2013The recall bug strikes Toyota again. The automaker has issued a voluntary recall of three models that, in total, represent more than one million units. Around 752,000 2003-2004 Toyota Corolla and Matrix models are being recalled for airbag concerns, while a windshield wiper issue is causing the recall for close to 270,000 Lexus IS sedans from the 2006-2012 model years.
Completely unrelated to the small airbag-related recall issued earlier in the week, the Corolla and Matrix recall is caused by a faulty airbag control module that could potentially short circuit, which could lead to the front airbags or seat belt pretensioners deploying. The Lexus recall is due to a wiper arm nut that wasn't tightened properly, which can cause the wipers to not work when trying to clear heavy buildup such as snow.

Toyota Avalon celebrates 20 years with Touring Sport Edition
Mon, 27 Oct 2014The Toyota Avalon may not have the sportiest image on the market. Heck, it doesn't even have the sportiest image in the Toyota lineup. But the Japanese automaker is out to fix that perception, at least a little bit, with the launch of the new Touring Sport Edition.
Announced together with some minor updates to the entire Avalon line - consisting primarily of enhanced safety and infotainment systems - the Avalon XLE Touring Sport Edition celebrates the 20th anniversary of Toyota's large sedan line. Setting this special edition apart are a black paintjob, HID headlights, LED daytime running lights, 18-inch alloys (similar in design to those on the Scion FR-S) and an interior decked out with perforated leather with dark blue trim... plus, of course, the requisite special badges inside and out.
Only 2,500 units will be offered with a $37,170 sticker price that puts it near (if not quite at) the top of the Avalon range that's capped by the $41,700 Avalon Hybrid Limited. Pricing has increased on most models by around two percent, and you can scope out all the details of the updates to the full range in the press releases below.
