2010 Subaru Outback Awd Wagon 4-door 2.5l 40k Miles on 2040-cars
Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
For sale
is 2010 SUBARU LEGACY OUTBACK and we have the best price for this car anywhere
in the USA for the make, model, miles and options. This vehicle has 40k miles, AUTO
transmission, power windows, doors, mirrors, A/C, cruise, aluminum wheels, AWD
and ABS and much more. The vehicle is in very good condition. This car gets
about 32-33 mpg on the highway and with the gas prices being so high it is a
nice family car to have. However we bought this vehicle from an insurance
company and it was damaged on the front left side. Picture of the damage would
be provided with the rest of the pictures. We have replaced the left fender
headlights, bumper cover. The hood is still the original. This car has been
test driven for about 400-500 miles and it does not have absolutely any
problems. We operate a professional body shop that has been in business of
restoring salvage vehicle for over 10 years. We are the largest salvage
rebuilder in Charlotte and on one of the largest in NC. Our pictures are taken
from close proximity so you can see the car in details. Alignment is perfect
and copy of the alignment you can see with the rest of the pictures. Make sure
you scroll to the bottom of the page for lager images. We would also give you a
month of warranty on engine transmission and frame of the vehicle with the buy
now price of $15900. Also if within this one month the car shows any major
problems and you decide that this deal was not good for you, you can return the
car to us and we would refund all the money that you have paid us. We inspect
all our vehicles before we list them for sale and we make sure that all the
liquids are changed and that everything is in perfect order. We go through the
same list that the dealer would go to certify a vehicle. There is no difference
between this car and a certify vehicle from SUBARU. The only difference
is 7-8 thousand dollars in the price. However this car is a good
purchase for someone who wants to save a bunch of money and in the same time
would not compromise on the quality of the car. We have gone through all state
inspections and the car comes with salvage rebuilt title, meaning that you can
register and insure this vehicle in any state without any problems. If you decide to purchase the vehicle and you are serious about it
the best way is to call us and discuss the condition of the sale. We can review your offers on eBay but we
would not accept an offer unless we have at least $500 non-refundable deposit.
Unfortunately eBay system is not designed to where we can collect a deposit
before we accept an offer and if we accept the offer and you do not follow the
purchase we would lose our listing fees. It cost close to $100 to list a car.
Also before you put your bid do a little bit of research check what this car
sells for and only then make offers. Ridiculous offers would be ignored and we
would not even respond to those of you who expect presents. So once again if
you are serious and you would like to buy the car the best way is to call

UK designer to make WRX Concept-aping body kit for production Subaru
Sun, 23 Feb 2014Remember the Subaru WRX Concept shown at the 2013 New York Auto Show, the one almost everyone loved but no one expected Subaru to make? Indeed, that Parnassian "design statement" led to a production design that came from a good middle class neighborhood known for its office parks and pasture land. UK designer Michael Bond is offering to change that, the man behind the yet-to-be-produced Rumbler "Superhero Utility Vehicle" touting the Subaru WRX Concept 13, which would take a customer's new WRX and turn it into something pretty close to the original concept.
That means new front and rear clips, including a redesigned rear diffuser to increase downforce, but a spoiler can be installed if the buyer decides that what he wants. The car won't be an exact replica of the NYIAS concept since that would infringe on Subaru's intellectual property, but it isn't clear yet how the design would be altered. Bond's site says that once he gets 50 confirmed orders, his team will order a WRX and begin the process of creating the new bodywork. It is claimed that once work begins, it will be four to six months to "[present] a completed model for public view."
Bond says the price will come down depending on the number of orders beyond 50, but doesn't give any indication of how much those first 50 cars could cost. If you're keen, though, head over to the site and fill out the enquiry form. Who knows if the Concept 13 will happen, but so far this is the best chance you have of getting what could have been.
2015 Subaru Legacy
Wed, 21 May 2014Subaru has a problem on its six-starred hands, but you wouldn't know it at first glance. Sales are up; in fact, the Japanese automaker has recorded 28-straight months of increased sales in the United States, leading to the best first-quarter Subaru has ever recorded, and 2014 will almost assuredly be the seventh straight year it has posted improvements. So, what's wrong? The answer is simple, though clearly complicated to resolve. Sedans - specifically, midsize examples - have proven a tough nut for Subaru to crack.
The vast majority of those impressive sales statistics have come from just a few models, namely the Forester, Outback and XV Crosstrek. The Impreza continues to sell at a respectable pace, but it's telling that the XV, after just three years on the market, is already Subaru's third-best-selling nameplate, outpacing the aforementioned Impreza (on which it's based), its high-performance WRX sibling and the Legacy, which is now entering its sixth generation, having been first introduced way back in 1989. It's that last model we're examining today.
Despite the fact that the Legacy plays in a hotly contested market segment that includes such stalwart sales champions as the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Ford Fusion and Nissan Altima, Subaru's competitor registers as a barely visible blip on the radars of new-car buyers. Graphically illustrated another way, Toyota sells 17 Camry sedans for every new Legacy that Subaru moves.
Scion FR-S Convertible (in Toyota GT86 form) spied in South Africa
Fri, 15 Feb 2013Though the eventual existence of a convertible version of the Toyota GT86 (and its Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ versions for America) is a no-brainer, we've yet to get a glimpse of the real-deal car until now.
Spotted in Cape Town, South Africa, of all places, this completely undisguised GT86 convertible seems to be in a remarkably advanced state of development. The image seen here was obviously sniped from quite a distance and without the aid of a powerful lens, but we can still make out a production-ready looking piece of rear bodywork for the convertible top to hide away in, as well as a functioning trunk lid. It's hard to make out with any certainty, based on this evidence, but there does seem to be space retained behind the front seats for two, small rear chairs.
With the first car spotted, we'd expect to seem some more and better images of it flow through in the near future, and if not, Toyota has already confirmed a concept version for next month's Geneva Motor Show, dubbed FT-86 Open, so stay tuned. For now, click through to the FT86Club.com forum to have a slightly closer look at the images.
