UP FOR AUCTION
2006 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited with 131648 Miles Purchased from an Insurance Company. I have been buying and selling salvage title cars for a long time, but have never seen a car with this year as good as this. The previous owner did an excellent job at taking care of the car interiorly and exteriorly-close to new, except for the damage on the drivers side as shown in pics. All airbags all good without any warning lights on the dashboard. The car runs and drives great. Engine sounds great, like new. Automatic transmission shifts smoothly. This car comes with 6 CD changer, double sunroof, power seats, heated seats, and much much more. ... Trust me on this one, this is a beautiful and very nice car. Easy to fix. No damage to the frame. The car is being sold as is, will come with Ky Salvage title. If interested, please email me and let me know. If around the area and would like to come take a look , you're more than welcome to just let me know in advance. Thank you and Happy Bidding! NO RESERVES. PLEASE SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!!!! |

Subaru readying special-edition BRZ
Fri, 14 Feb 2014Another week coming to a close brings another rumor of a potential hotted-up version of the Subaru everyone wants to turbocharge, the BRZ.
A fresh rumor out of the Car and Driver offices makes the claim that a new, special-edition BRZ model will be offered up within the next few months. Word is that the new model will not get similar upgrades to the recent BRZ tS (seen above) for the Japanese market, meaning we're likely in for a cosmetic update instead of a functional one.
The looks of the tS could still be in the cards, however, meaning swapped-out lip spoiler, wheels and even STI badging might be on the way.
The Mountain, the Manx, the BRZ and how I learned to love racing
Tue, 02 Jul 2013Subaru Takes Us Along To Drive On The Isle of Man, And We Try Not To Ball It Up
While the mild dehydration wasn't helping me, it was probably the least of my worries.
I am not a timid driver, nor an inexperienced one. But waiting to take a lap of the stunningly dangerous, 37.7-mile Snaefell Mountain Course at the Isle of Man TT had me on tilt, no fooling. I concentrated on the task in front of me, left hand working the gear pattern on the right-hand-drive Subaru BRZ I was to pilot, while kids on bikes, fat old beer-drinking men and other members of a fast-growing throng of onlookers pointed at our group of five Subarus and nine Americans. We were moments from our 'demonstration' for the motorcycle racing-hungry crowd and I was awfully glad, at that exact moment, that I'd emptied my bladder before buckling in.
Consumer Reports sneaks in early review of 2015 Subaru Outback
Wed, 21 May 2014Subaru is taking a bit of a measured risk with its new generation of Legacy and Outback. While they ride on a slightly larger platform than before, with a revised front-end design, neither of them looks to be a radical departure from models they replace. Instead of focusing on exterior styling, the Japanese brand is trying to make the vehicles better to own with more sound deadening, improved fuel economy and more available tech. Pricing for the 2015 Outback isn't available yet, but with the 2015 Legacy pricing as a guide, it's likely a few hundred dollars more than the current model.
We just had our first stab at the new Legacy, which is slated to go on sale this summer, but Consumer Reports managed to snag an early look at the 2015 Outback in a sort of mini-review to get an idea of how the new model shakes out. Like many, we'd wager, CR isn't completely sold on the new styling, but seems otherwise moderately impressed by the upgrades. The improvements to the interior and infotainment system are especially well received by them. Naturally, though, CR notes that not everything is perfect with the high-riding wagon.
Scroll down to watch CR's preview of the new Outback and see what it thinks of this practical family hauler.
