Car is between "Very Good" and "Good" condition, based on Kelly Blue Book definitions. Normal wear from a 7 year old car with less than 72k miles on it with no known mechanical issues. Car runs great and I get approximately 27 mpg with non-highway driving. This is the "special edition" version of the '07 Impreza Sedan. In addition to the normal features, this edition also includes a power sliding/tilting sunroof, keyless entry remotes, spoiler with additional brake light, six disc CD player and auxiliary jack for MP3 players, iPods, etc. There is also an “auto” option for the AC that isn’t on the standard edition. Car has relatively new all weather tires on the aftermarket rims. I am the second owner, non-smoker. I purchased the vehicle in February 2012 from Ramsey Subaru in Ramsey, NJ. Love the look and feel of the Subaru, but need to upgrade vehicle size for expanding family. This car auction is for pick up only. Subaru axes WRX and STI in UK
Fri, 14 Dec 2012Auto Express reports Subaru will stop selling the Impreza, WRX and WRX STI in the UK starting next year. A spokesperson with the company said Subaru has been evaluating the Impreza and its performance in the UK for the past year and has finally decided to pull the plug. That means all of the model's performance iterations will also drop off of dealer lots, including the WRX and the STI. The unnamed spokesperson said Subaru UK currently has no plans to to bring more stock of either model once the current supply sells out. That means buyers in the UK have until around early summer 2013 to get their hands on an STI.
The move comes in response to slow demand, which has trickled off in the face of competition that best the machine in terms of refinement, performance and emissions. Moving forward, the automaker says it will focus its sales efforts on models like the XV Crosstrek, Forester and Outback, as well as the company's new BRZ sports coupe.
Daily Driver: Long-Term 2015 Subaru WRX
Tue, Feb 3 2015In successive weeks the middle west and eastern coast of our country were blanketed in snow. Thankfully for my fellow Michigan-based Autoblog editors and I, our long-term 2015 Subaru WRX was fitted with Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D tires before the first flake even fell. I stole the keys and ran out of the office was loaned the WRX for a week recently, and made good use of a sunny Saturday to take the car out for a proper, winding road drive. In the video you see here, I happened to have great weather and dry roads for the test, but rest assured that it had been snowy and gross up to that point. We're going to have lots more to say about our gold-footed 'Rex before we give it back, but in the meantime believe me when I say that the car is well-sorted for the worst that Winter '15 will throw at it.
