Very Clean Wrecked Damaged Salvage Repairable Low Mileage Awd Project on 2040-cars

Year:2013 Mileage:27244
Location:

Offered For Sale at No Reserve by TED DAVIS & SON REBUILDABLES LLC.  (Ted & Seth Davis)

We specialize in clean late model Repairables.

Some Banks will not finance vehicles with Salvage or Rebuilt Titles so please have your funds ready before bidding.

This one has a Salvage Title so it will require an inspection by your state's DMV after repairs are made to be registered again for the highway.

We require a $500 Paypal deposit within 48 hours and paid in full within 10 days after auction ends.

Also check out others we may have For Sale at this time by clicking on see other items at the top of this page. If that link does not work, go to our feedback and click on Items For Sale.

Here we have a clean easy fix Winter project. It is a 2013 SUBARU FORESTER AWD with the X Premium Pkg and loaded with options.

It is damaged on the left front. It has some light frame rail sway (less than 1 inch) to the right but we believe it is repairable without replacing any rails or unibody structure parts. It will just need pulled by a qualified body shop and some light welding done where the spot welds are stressed. The damage is all out in front where it is easy to get to.

The other parts that we can see it needs are the front bumper cover with foglamps, left lower control arm, left front axle, front sway bar, left tie rod assembly, left head lamp, left front fender, grille, windshield, washer fluid reservoir, and the driver side airbag.

It will probably need a light repair on the door edge as well where it rubbed the fender. This might be touched up without spraying but most of these new colors need blended so it will make a better match overall if the door is painted.

The car runs and lot drives fine and does not have any powertrain damage at all. It is very clean and will be like new once the repairs are made. This was the last year for this body style and are better looking in our opinion.

The pictures should show it well and we always describe exactly what we know but sometimes it is hard to see everything on a wrecked vehicle so if you have any questions, please give us a call at 304-567-2999 or e-mail us on the listing. Also you are more than welcome to come inspect it in person or have an outside source do it for you.

Thanks for looking at our listing and Good Luck bidding. Sincerely, Ted & Seth Davis

A mighty Outback breaks ground at Subaru's new USA HQ

Fri, Dec 11 2015

Subaru is getting down to business at its new American headquarters. Announced just a year ago, the Japanese automaker just broke ground for construction of the new facility. And though it's moving from its existing location, the company is staying in New Jersey just as it has for nearly half a century now. The new facility is being built in Camden, opposite Campell's headquarters in a development spearheaded by the soup company. As part of the project, Subaru will relocate its current offices from Cherry Hill and Pennsauken to the new Camden headquarters, which will accommodate over 600 employees in one building with 250,000 square feet and another with 83,000 – more than double the size of its current headquarters. The distribution and training center, however, will stay put in Florence, NJ. The $118 million project is earmarked for completion by the end of 2017. The groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday in front of an array of historic Subaru models. The earth itself was moved by a specially prepared yellow Outback wagon with a plow attached to the front. Subaru's decision to remain in Jersey comes in stark contrast to Mercedes' move out of the state and down south to Georgia. Other automakers with their North American headquarters in New Jersey include Volvo in Rockleigh, Mitsubishi (ironically) in Swedesboro, BMW in Woodcliff Lake, and Jaguar Land Rover in Mahwah. SUBARU OF AMERICA BREAKS GROUND ON NEW HEADQUARTERS IN CAMDEN, NJ Cherry Hill, N.J. - Subaru of America, Inc. today broke ground on its future home in Camden, NJ. The company plans to develop an all-new $118 million corporate headquarters in the city, and in doing so, maintain its corporate headquarters in New Jersey as it has for approaching 50 years. The automaker's new headquarters will be located adjacent to Campbell Soup Company's world headquarters. The Subaru of America campus will be the first new corporate headquarters in Knights Crossing, a master plan urban town center community, being developed by Brandywine Realty Trust. The ground-breaking ceremony featured a display of historic Subaru vehicles from the company's 50 years in the Delaware Valley, as well as a unique earth moving/groundbreaking ceremony conducted by a specially-produced Subaru Outback with an attached plow. 2015 Subaru WRX looks to set a new benchmark in LA

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Subaru has just taken the wraps off of the new, 2015 WRX at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. The totally redesigned sedan - the five-door option won't be offered - is more powerful, more fuel efficient (with the right transmission), better looking and more intelligently designed than the car it's replacing.
A new 2.0-liter, direct-injected, turbocharged flat-four sits thumping away under the hood, its top-mount intercooler getting force-fed air by a rather prominent hood scoop. Power output sits at 268 ponies and 258 pound-feet of torque, accessible between 2,000 and 5,000 rpm. While the new car only has a three-horsepower advantage on the current Impreza WRX, it delivers 14 more pound-feet of torque and delivers peak output across a much wider swath of the rev range (the old car netted 244 lb-ft at 4,400 rpm). All this extra grunt comes at a negligible weight penalty - a 2015 WRX with the six-speed manual is just 59 pounds heavier than a 2014 model.
As we said, a six-speed manual is will be available, and as a bonus, it packs one additional cog over the current, 2014 WRX's five-speed DIY transmission. So equipped, the WRX will scamper to 60 in just 5.4 seconds. As for the previously-confirmed continuously variable transmission, it will come with both six- and eight-speed manual shift modes, but will take half a second longer to get to the magical 60-mile-per-hour mark.

Subaru pulls on our heartstrings with father and daughter ad

Sun, Jun 7 2015

Do you remember your first car? Was it a hand-me-down from your parents? While it wasn't actually my first car, my parents gifted me a 1990 Mercury Sable as a daily driver, considering that my own chosen car, a 1965 Karmann Ghia, wasn't exactly the most reliable steed in the world. And while I predictably disliked the new-to-me family car, looking back, it was perfect – reliable, safe and, perhaps most importantly for a 17-year-old, free. If it weren't for that car, simple things like going to school, interviewing for jobs and even going to see a movie with friends would have been a massive ordeal. I eventually traded that old Mercury in on the first new car I ever bought at a dealership, with my parents' blessing and, as you might have guessed, my dad's co-signature. While I know not everyone's automotive journey began this way, I'm certain that my story is not actually mine alone. That's why this new ad from Subaru pulls at so many heartstrings – a father cleans out his old Forester, finding keepsakes and nearly-forgotten memories along the way, as he prepares to pass it on to his 16-year-old daughter. Check out the video above, and feel free to share your own hand-me-down stories in Comments. News Source: Subaru via YouTube, Adweek Marketing/Advertising Subaru Ownership Crossover Videos first car
